Benjamin is the most disrespectful and disgusting person I have ever met. For someone so young he is arrogant and filled with such spite it’s jarring. I went in to get food and my order was missing chicken nuggets. I went to fill my drink and noticed that it was missing so I went back. The space between the counter and the drink area can’t be more than 2 feet. Benjamin then proceeded to accuse me of stealing the chicken nuggets between the space of the few minutes it took me to fill my drink. Then when I asked for a manager the manager refused to do anything. And when I asked for his name he sneered at me that I could call corporate if I wanted, they are not going to do anything. Unless you want to be accused of stealing because their employees don’t want to admit their mistakes, go somewhere else.

I had a very upsetting experience at this place. A big man, possibly a security guard or an employee, was extremely rude to me. I ordered breakfast with coffee, and before I could even finish my meal, he told me I had to leave because I’d been there for more than 30 minutes. In reality, I had only been there for maybe less than 30 minutes. I explained that I was still eating, but he said he didn’t care. It was very hurtful, and I felt disrespected. As a woman, I don’t believe I should be treated this way. Other customers around me were also upset by how he acted.”

Uber driver & lift driver . Don't come here to the toilet. They won't let you unless you buy something. The security guard won't let you. The rest of the staff respects you.

Avoid this place at all cost. I had been working that morning and stopped in for lunch. I went in to wash my hands and was met with a very smart ass remarked security guard who asked if I understood English. This place was also very dirty.

If you want to use the bathroom before you order food the security officer tells you that you can't order anything because the bathroom is for paying customers how can you order food if you get banned from the restaurant if you use the bathroom. I will never go to the silver springs McDonald's next to the metro ever again.

Security officer tells you if you don't order food first than you are banned from the restaurant you cannot order food for this location ever again i will never shop at McDonald's next to metro .

Even though I been sitting and eating for 15 mins, with the security guard pass me multiple times. I get up to go to the bathroom, and get receipt checked to go in. This is the only mcdonald's I've ever seen do this. The way he even asks is rude and I've seen him in altercations with other people on a few occasions. He needs training to interact with customers.

I have been a loyal customer of this downtown Silver Spring location for quite some time due to its proximity to my office building. However, I must express my concerns regarding the recent decline in customer service and overall atmosphere at this McDonald's. Just yesterday, I witnessed a security guard physically assaulting a customer over restroom usage, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address this issue promptly and consider removing the security guard in question before someone gets seriously injured. I have advised my staff to avoid this location until this matter is resolved. It is important to remember that some customers may have urgent needs to use the restroom, and denying them access is not a viable solution. Some customers can't wait in line before they pay, some have medical conditions, and some have large groups of kids, and I’m sure they couldn’t wait to go to the restroom before paying. A homeless person can buy a cup of coffee and dirty the restroom up too!!
