I recently ordered from here using the McDonald’s app. When my food arrived there’s was only one happy meal. Then when I tried to reach out to the restaurant no one answered.

store was dirty, and I ordered 2 meals and they forgot my chicken nuggets but still gave me the sauce for chicken nuggets that weren't there
They treat person bad I was just there I got scream at and works are very rude
Jaclyn, one of the managers of this McDonald’s, was extremely unprofessional when I visited three days ago. I wanted to take advantage of a deal advertised in a poster in the front window to get a pumpkin spice coffee drink for 99 cents. Jaclyn insisted that the deal was good only before 11 am and so I was too late at 11:25 am. When I pointed out that the ad didn’t include any time limit (and the ad was visible from where we stood), she said that I didn’t know what I was talking about and she didn’t care what the ad did or didn’t say. The money doesn’t matter so much to me, but I do care about the principle that a business ought to treat its customers with respect by honoring its posted prices.
Received the wrong order and had to wait an extremely long time to correct ir. In fact, I was directed to park and wait for the correct order. Nothing. So I had to wait by direction in my car. I go after a long wait. They were never going to serve me. Totally forgot. Glad I went in hmmm. Last visit for me.

Made my order right. Still make my order nice and hot have kiosk now where you can order there's security now and then there's foreigners working and they like to clean while you eat

Won't provide a cup for drinking water and there is no drinking fountain. The automatic door buttons do not work for disabled customers. Staff is rude and uninterested in solving problems. It seems like the management at this location isn't very interested in customer satisfaction.

Employees here blatantly and constantly Violate ADA compliance laws. On repeated occasions I've witnessed the employees of this location discriminate against disabled customers. Violations included not assisting customers( carrying food/trash), Not allowing use of restrooms( violating Ally's Law), and leaving accessible entrances and ramps blocked by signs and mop buckets.
Calling a few people to address this situation including he corporate office, AND the ACLU.. management and store employees need to be fired. RIGHT NOW.
