I wanted to make a quick stop and grab something to eat while running some errands and what I noticed in this particular McDonald's is that there is a police presence they're sitting around on the soda dispenser machine countertops. I wanted to go to use the restroom and I was approached by an officer, asking if I had made a purchase ? I told him I could show him my receipt. Downtown Silver Spring is turning into a ghetto there are a lot of bums and ill-mannered kids...
I want to thank Cashier Shamoly so much for her patience and GREAT customer service. I came in with a large order for my associates and she was so helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was holding up the line. She made sure I had all my items and that all special requests were met. Thank you so much for your hard work!
Always unhoused people hanging out in the dining room. The service is always slow, even with 10-12 people working in the back. The fries are always cold and never fresh tasting. They will also serve you old food if you don’t check and correct them before you leave.
