Do yourself a favor and don't go here. I purchased a meal, drunk my drink, went to get a refill and was told they don't do drink refills. A McDonalds with no drink refills?

This is the best McDonalds I’ve gone to so far, the employees are amazingly polite and very helpful, I had a great experience, I will be coming here from now on, 🙏 thanks for such wonderful experience ❤️

Ordered through the app since it said it was open. Got there waited 25 min nobody came out with the order went to the drive thru turns out it was closed and nobody was getting their orders.
No refills - they don't have it posted anywhere and the soda fountain just has a sign saying it's out of order, not that they don't even offer drink refills.

Purchased breakfast there this morning. The soda machine in the main dining area is broken. They would not give me a refill, but said I could purchase another soda. Now I see how McDonald's makes tens to hundreds of millions of dollars each year. This is sheer greed! What happened to customer service? They could have easily given me a new cup and refilled it, since it is not the customer's fault their soda fountain is broken. Instead, they chose to profit by charging the customer again. This will be my first and last visit to this location. I would advise others to do the same.
