Service was HORRIBLE . the guys that was handling the window tonight (10/11/24) at around 11:40 was very rude , and contradicting . I had arrived and gave him the order code , he said he didn’t had the order the reason he gave us first that they didn’t got the order , when we got to the window he said the “coupon wasnt available “ “that he couldn’t make the order because it didn’t appear on the screen, it was unavailable “ … somehow he was able to cancel the order FOR ME WHEN I NEVER ASKED FOR YUE ORDER TO BE CANCELED. He took it upon him self to cancel it , because he asked what the order had , I told him the order .The order was on the screen sir , he just didn’t wanted to make it . It was a very bad experience and just a very very bad costumer service and approach coming from the manager inservice .

Get breakfast here most week days but not anymore. Get the same thing daily: sausage biscuit with cheese, no egg. Today I was charged appropriately for my order in the drive thru, the receipt was correct and being the only customer in line at the drive thru or even in the store no one else was in line. Received biscuit with cheese and egg no sausage. When I came back and parked to go inside and get the order corrected they ignored my actual order and gave me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and it wasn’t even hot. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of space. If the employees at this location can’t handle getting one single order correct twice in a row then something is very wrong with the management. Even while the employee was yelling to her coworkers to get them to remake the order she ignored my request several times when I stated it was sausage and cheese only no egg. Next time this happens I will definitely be throwing that egg back into the kitchen where it should have stayed and the cold biscuit can get stomped into the floor because that’s equivalent to the level of respect I felt I received from the employees throughout the entire interaction.

This McDonald’s location is about as entirely average as it gets. I think they remodeled it some years ago, but it’s almost impossible to detect that it has been modernized. Ironically, this location is owned and operated by a company named “Bland Management” which is very fitting based on the overall experience. Maybe that’s what they’re going for?

On this particular visit, it seems that my food was ready for quite a while, but even though I was standing right there at the pick up area for mobile orders, they never called my number. I ordered after using the restroom and was actually standing right there in front of the counter when I ordered on my phone so I certainly did not miss them calling my number.

But I’ve been here many many times and long ago came to not expect very much here. I wouldn’t say I could write a book about the bad experiences. I’ve had here, but they have been more than just a few.

Lady at register rude I asked for a menu item and she starts yelling at me I ask why she is yelling at me she shrugs her shoulders I will drive 3 miles to another McDonald’s and spend my money there is clearly some prejudice in this store and they need customer service training this is a terrible location I took a picture please speak to her about her customer service skills

Waited at the cashier for 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I was told I should order at the kiosk then. When I told him I was paying cash, he said order on the kiosk and then come up to the cashier to pay.
