Dark dude with dreads who works evening shift disgusting customer service
I just visited this McDonald’s a few minutes ago and had a very frustrating experience. I went through the drive-thru and clearly told the employee taking my order that I wanted a plain fish sandwich—no cheese, no sauce. When I received my order, there was cheese on my sandwich.
I went inside to explain the mistake. The drive-thru was busy, so I waited patiently and even ordered another large fries while waiting. When my replacement fish sandwich was handed to me, it now had sauce instead of cheese, which I also didn’t want. I explained again that I wanted a plain fish sandwich, and the employee went to clarify with a manager.
At this point, a manager (a woman, seemingly in charge) approached me with a rude and aggressive attitude, saying I should have ordered correctly. I explained the misunderstanding clearly, but she continued to act dismissive, even putting the receipt in my face. I did not feel like my order would be made correctly after multiple mistakes, and when I asked about a refund, she responded with attitude even though I was calm and understanding.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, which I understand during the holidays, but the rudeness and attitude from management were completely unnecessary. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Manager stopped me from ordering at the kiosk today. Told me I couldn't use my points and I'd lose them if I ordered. I was confused and said I was using my a monopoly reward. She said ok, that's fine and walked away. Came back after and said if I order, they won't provide me with the food I ordered.

The new drive-through configuration does not work. Five cars from one lane went through for every one car from the second lane. It’s a shame because the help is friendly and courteous and I consistently get good food.

Don’t waste your time if you’re using the app. Almost never shows up on the app, and once you select mobile order to choose the location, you’re unable to use the deal in-store. The manager explained both times this happened that the only solution is to sit there for 15 minutes until the deal is allowed to be used again for multi-use ones, and you’re just screwed if it’s a once-daily deal. Absolutely no other way for them to honor it. Not worth the frustration when there are 2,000 other McDonald’s options.
