During my loneliest of times, the service went busy yet overwhelming. I saw a new promoter and the beef is gone.. no more beef 0_0. (Its a chicken big mac?!)
Ruzima helped me with my order in the drive through so easily! Fries were fresh and hot. as was my burger!

I usually stop here for a quick bite to eat, but today it was after school for the high school kids. No where to sit. I go upstairs with my food and one of the cashiers call out to me that I can't go up there with food when I saw 6 other people go up there with food and drinks. Trash everywhere. Questionable customer service. Didn't even want to give me a cup that I paid for. Made me prove it when it's literally on my receipt. ID rather take my service to the mcdonald's in wheaton mall.

Buy online. First they didn't find my order, then they gave me hot iced coffee. I think they are racist since I am Latina. They didn't even greet me. And when they delivered the order they didn't even speak to me. How terrible and not to mention the horrible taste.

I ordered food and asked for a small cup of water and the manager said in a snarky way without even looking at me that they don’t give out cups of water. It was really the rudeness that he took me aback. It’s hot outside too. SMH The food was ok though. This would be the 1st McDonald’s that I have ever been to that give you a small charity cup of water.
