If you’re a diabetic avoid this location I ask for sugar free options ice coffee instead of taking they time it’s taste like a bunch of sugar which is a law suit waiting to happen and another thing I have a speech impediment while taking my order one of the employees laughed I spoke to the manager she didn’t seem to care

Very bad experience every time i come here. To start off they only gave me one sauce and when i asked to buy more sauce they said no. Secondly they didn’t let us sit anywhere even upstairs then a different customer came and he was somehow allowed but I wasn’t, and the floors were all wet. I didn’t get my food until 14 minutes that I ordered, the girls working were very rude not even saying anything to me giving me looks and the other workers were just sitting back on their phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

I'm a former McDonalds Secret Shopper, so listen to me when I say this: Every McDonalds franchise should take an example from this McDonalds Manager. His crew respect him, and he is the nicest most respectful man to all customers, even me when I look like a bum and am sneaking an extra refill at the machine!
He also seems (from what I've observed) to hire some with developmental disabilities who gave us a wonderful welcome when we came up to order. McDonalds corporate should promote him. He's a true manager.

These workers are very rude . I work for door dash . My first order I had to tussle w the worker to get it ever tho I showed her me verifying the order . My second order was here at the McDonald’s and they straight up said they wouldn’t give it to me . How am I in the wrong when your worker put her hands on me ? This manger in the picture was very rude ! They need to take customer service classes because the customer service was a ZERO

I was upstairs eating and noticed a mouse run out from under where the trash bin was. This was during the daytime in the middle of the afternoon. I notified the manager, who acted as if they did not care and proceeded to walk away. I can only imagine how bad the area must be where they prepare the food at. Clearly this place as a rodent problem and they know it, but clearly just do not care about the health and safety of customers.
