I'm a former McDonalds Secret Shopper, so listen to me when I say this: Every McDonalds franchise should take an example from this McDonalds Manager. His crew respect him, and he is the nicest most respectful man to all customers, even me when I look like a bum and am sneaking an extra refill at the machine!

He also seems (from what I've observed) to hire some with developmental disabilities who gave us a wonderful welcome when we came up to order....

They didn't give me my bbq sause. I came back and asked for it. They tried to give me only 1. Then when I asked for another They gave me a dirty look. The 10 peice comes with 2 not 0. Rude

Has an in-store promotion for free hash browns It's not an option in the app, ask for the free hash browns: met with resistance as if $0.25 worth of process potato is going to break Ronald McDonald's bank account. Just give me the gosh darn hash browns...
