The system of this locations drive thru orders is ridiculous. Everytime i come i place my order 20 minutes in advanced to give a decent amount of time to prepare a one meal order. EVERY time i arrive i have to park in 1 or 2 and wait an additional 10-15 minutes because they havent even started my order. The point of drive thru’s is to be quick and easy, making people park and wait EVERY time defeats the purpose. IF i wanted curbside pickup, I wouldve clicked that option. Do something about this.

Orders consistently wrong. Sandwich won’t be right, paid for sauce they didn’t put in the bag, even the Happy Meals are off!

I went through the drive-thru late at night and waited for a response, but no one said anything. Since I had never been to this location at night, I wasn’t sure if it was open or if I needed to go inside. I pulled forward and saw several cars waiting, so I stayed in line. When it was finally my turn, I overheard the employees speaking in Spanish and making rude comments, saying things like “because they didn’t say anything,” referring to me. I only ordered a McChicken, but I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes just for that one item. It was frustrating that no one was at their station or communicating with customers, and the service felt very unprofessional. I didn’t say anything at the time because I try to stay respectful, but this experience was really disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this location needs improvement, especially during the night shift.

Food’s good for a McDonald’s. Not really long wait times. Staff is helpful. Place is clean. One instance of blonde hair found in Filet-O-Fish Jul 9 around 4pm.

The evening / overnight customer service at this location is the worst!! I had circled around 2 extra times because of missing items then was asked for a receipt after not getting one. I paid through apple pay but still did not get a receipt. The MOD, Katherine Garcia, told me she could not do anything because I did not have a receipt. How many times do I have to tell you, you guys FAILED to give me a receipt, but I showed you the transaction though apple pay with timestamps and costs. Nothing but time wasted. Go elsewhere.

The need new employees! The lady at the window ignored my order then caught an Attitude when I pulled up , then proceed to take the car from behind order . I told one of the other employees what had happen and she ignore me . Every time I come here , they are always rude !!!!
