I did see something disappointing 😞 I saw a now retired ex-employee bring a birthday gift to the main manager named Santos, he got it and didn't show any sign of appreciation whatsoever. I hope this isn't how he treats his employees. He wasn't wearing a name tag, so I had to ask his name to another employee because this "pushed my buttons!" Irma, a supervisor, is always kind and attentative, as is Miriam. Occasionally, they might have new staff that isn't trained and have no customer service skills (won't even say "thank you")

It took 10 minutes just to pay because of the driver in front of us and it’s taking 5 minutes just to find out the car in front of us ordered something in such a tiny bag and our food is not even hot it’s nearly cold. I will never order from this place again

Shame on the workers there. They never get the order right. I ordered and paid for a Spicy McCrispy Delux, double hamburger, and fries at the drive through. I got a regular mccrispy, single cheese burger, and cold fries that taste like there was fish sauce on them.

Sadly the place was dirty, people were rude and the food was not prepared correctly.
I have been going to this McDonald’s mostly my entire life growing up in the area, but lately the management and employees have been terrible and lacking from what I noticed. This McDonald’s was always my favorite because of the good service and atmosphere that the employees brought and showed, but lately I’m not so sure anymore. Every time when I come in to order they somehow take longer with my food or they just seem to forget about my order which is weird to me because it was never like this before. Example, I came in one time to order a large sweet Tea and somehow it literally took them 8 minutes to get me my sweet tea while other customers that order after me got their food first which is CRAZY!! Another example is when I came in another time they ignored me while I was standing at the front counter for 5 minutes until they finally took my order and I’ve seen them do this to other people as well. Me personally I feel like the employees at this McDonald’s give terrible service to people who they might not like or have something against them. All customers should be treated with kind and wonderful service because that’s how they show that they care to their customers experience. For this McDonald’s to go back to how wonderful and good it use to be they need to change their employees and maybe even their management. Do better please

Useless restaurant useless owners useless workers useless phones useless people. Waiting 1hr 30 minutes for a ubereats order they said they didn’t have my order. After waiting almost 2hrs they cancelled my order and I tried ordering again and it showed as closed even though it’s 24hrs. Overall useless everything. Please do better useless fks
