Online ordering was down yet it allowed me to place an order. Staff refused to make the order and refused to refund my order. Manager never even showed his/her face although I requested to speak to them. This was on 3/16/24 at 7:15 AM.

They are guaranteed to mess up your order after making you wait longer than expected. No point of having a drive through if they are going to have you wait at a parking spot and still mess up the order after the extra inconvenience.

Terrible experience, I bought a crispy chicken sandwich and it is horrible, the meat is super dry, the lettuce was replaced with that of the McchickenBefore the chicken breast was juicy and now it looks like leftovers ?

I requested my food to be cooked to order and it came out cold I don't know how that happens but it did. The dining area was filthy and the tables were very sticky. The restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week.

I was sitting in the drive-through the screen wasn’t working the person taking the order was rude to make me sit there for over a minute then I got to the window she was OK then when I was picking my order the employee, her name is Nicole she was rude as she can be I’m professional I’m pleasant does the kind of people she should not have in front and customer service. I asked the manager her manager name is Irma, she was nicer and she asked the employee Nicole if I have everything in my bag which I didn’t I miss my straw. She was rude again when she asked her if everything was on the back and my menu. She should be fired immediately that should be working with customer service because apparently she doesn’t know how to behave with people

There is way too many young immature people who work there . My fries always cold an soggy unless it’s mostly grown people who care about their job working there. It’s a gamble ….a bad
