Capital Heights,MD. I just had the worst experience I have ever had. I had a representative tell me her app not working was not her problem and I quote “ I don’t want to deal with you just take the sandwich” I did not come to get a free meal. I was trying to use my birthday coupon that expires tomorrow. The manager was not on duty. After my experience 3 customers walked out. No excuse for this bad behavior. I will speak with the manager as soon as possible. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

Worst service ive ever encountered over asking if I was buying a can and they had a fountain cup they would not let me purchase a to go cup. I will never return. Bad policy. They told me id have to pay full for a fountain drink. I just wanted a cup w ice to go. Bad policy.

The food was okay, nothing that would make me go out of my way to eat here. What brought me to write my review was that this place has a lingering smell of sewage that is not pleasant at all. At first I tried to ignore it, however it became very hard to ignore and i wasn’t able to finish my meal as the vents uptop continually were continually recycling the smell. Likely won’t be going back to this location. Also, although very nice, the staff here is very loud it seems when they have downtime, it’s hard to keep a conversation going.

Came here for my first time. I had to repeat myself multiple times on what I wanted to order and even had to point to the sign and she still looked at me like I was crazy. After we were done, my kid asked for to go containers. She couldn't understand her so i went up to ask for 2 small bowls and one large, she looks at me like she can't understand me! Then just gives me two small bowls and no large bowl. I had to ask again and she acted annoyed. Not sure if that's here normal expression but I don't think I will come back even though the food was good. Really uncomfortable to be here.
