The food here is always great but I wrote this review because service always goes above and beyond, even when they’re slammed. As someone who has been getting Nando’s for 15 years, it was still helpful to me when Sean explained the differences between all the sandwiches, and then let me know they can even baste the halloumi cheese in hot sauce. Will keep coming back weekly.

Another nice restaurant to try Grilled/Rotisserie chicken meals. I like that I ordered spicy level for my chicken and they gave me the real spicy. (You know, many restaurants offer you a spicy choice but not spicy at all)

Just get the half chicken with Portuguese rice. It's a clutch meal and the sauces take it up a notch. The chicken is the perfect texture. This location has plenty of seating and my kids liked the kids meals. The hot level isn't too crazy, but it's delicious and then there are also more herb or lemon-based sauces for people who don't like heat.
Friendly greeters and waiters; food usually excellent - today seemed excessively salty and I was surprised to bite into a bone in my pulled chicken. We have eaten at two Nando's locations 7 to 10 times in the last eight months since moving to the Maryland/DC area and brought family and friends many of those times. 1. On previous visits bathroom #1 at the Silver Spring location has always had one side of the safety belt missing on the child changing table and bathroom always dirty, 2. Tonight bathroom #2 on new year's eve was amazingly clean, floor recently mopped, clean toilet seat, paper towels; went to check the baby changing table in 2nd bathroom, too, and yes, there were both sides of the safety belt present, but there was poop smeared all over the changing table. We did not change our child's diaper there. 3. We forgot to use the Nando's app to place our order to get points for our purchase, so we asked the male server why the order number in our receipt e-mail would not work in our Nando's app to award us points on the previous purchase made tonight; he asked his manager and returned saying there is no way to get a printed receipt or barcode number to get the points for prior Nando's purchase(s) in the Nando's app, even though the app seems to say there is. We are sadly disappointed the delicious food (we got two rainbow bowls, lavender lemonade, and a naughty nata dessert), kind servers, and fun music and ambiance doesn't match the restrooms or customer rewards app. Step it up, Nando's!

I’ve been coming to this Nando’s every once in awhile for years and had an especially great experience with Jessica in October, and it wasn’t until I visited last week that I found out she’s not working at this location long term, and my heart was broken! Jokes aside, Jessica was amazing and I always have good experiences here at Nando’s but she definitely stood out!
