I had a great experience at the Outback. My food was prepared perfect. My server, Rosalyn was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the menu and the cooking process which helped with the decision based on my medical condition. She returned to the table several times to ask if we were doing okay and if we needed refills. Just an excellent server all around.

My health condition does not allow me to consume alcohol. (I am 52yo) so I’ve ordered an alcoholic free Budweiser. The server brought the beer already open and she asked for an ID! Why? I’ve asked, she responded that there is an extremely low amount of alcohol in the N/A beer. Seriously? After she left I’ve looked at the can, which said 0.0% alcohol. It was more re annoying than ridiculous

Steaks are poorly trimmed and full of giant chunks of fat and gristle! I like my steaks with marbling (fat inside the meat itself) but this was just giant chunks of pure fat to the side of the meat that should have been trimmed off. The steak was also overcooked (ordered med rare). The giant chunks of fat was covered up by the scorched black seasoning so I didnt even realize it was a poor cut until I ate half of it. That said, the waitress was good and the bread and sides tasted good.

This is our local/usual Outback. Rarely crowded since the pandemic. But our server tonight and a couple of times in the past was amazing — Ros! She updated us on the menu immediately, took our drink and appetizer orders and took great care of us the whole meal. She’s a keeper!
