I got a blooming burger, a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and blooming onions with sauce and cheese. I got fries, too. It was juicy and the best burger I had in ten years, at least. Theresa, got coconut shrimp which were big and fat. She loved them. Her mashed potatoes looked good. She liked the crumbs the fat tasty shrimp were cooked in.

When this location first opened in early 90’s you couldn’t get in and food was amazing. It’s obvious the corporate structure and strategy for food quality had literally fallen off a cliff. Also see many locations in the country closing. The brand is tarnished badly and the consumer had no confidence in the chain. Very sad but predictable when you don’t maintain quality service, cleanliness and food standards.

Horrible experience! We waited over an hour for our food while others came in, were seated, received their food, and left. When requested, a manager, it took a while for her to come and speak with us. She never apologized for the inconvenience or attempted to make amends. It was my granddaughter's birthday, and she wanted to go their and neededless to say, it hindered her birthday. We left without eating due to the length of time to receive our food and the terrible customer service!!

Just went to Outback on Sunday evening. Was seated in the back and waited 20 minutes and no server ever came. We tried to flag down a server who walked past us twice and ignored us. So we left without even a sip of water. Never again.

We went for my mom's birthday and was sat fairly quickly. Hostess was very nice. We get seated and itz about 10 minutes when a server walk past saying she be back. Another 10 minutes fo by and she says the system down so we can't order food but can get drinks .we all got soft drinks but my mother wanted a alcoholic server says she can't order any alcoholic drink because system is down. Our soft drinks come but no bread or anything to hold us over the server proceed to got to 4 other tables 3 that came after us and gets their drinks and starts taking orders. We continue to wait another 15 minutes for her to come and tell us she can take our order. Ate this point we decided to leave and the server says OK but pay for the soft drinks.my mother asked to speak to management who was roo busy to come our. The server come back and say nevermind the drinks. We ask to still speak to a manager which the host try to get but the manager told her she was too busy at the bar and to get the other manager. No one ever came so we just left. Coming from hospitality myself I get things happen system crash short staffed I get it but if just a little common decent communication was had we wouldn't of been so frustrated.
