The staff was great. The buffet was lackuster. However, the group I was with loved their food. I am very picky, so it could just be me. This place is not ADA compliant. My friend was in a wheelchair and there wasn't a ramp. The staff and her daughter had to lift and roll her down the stairs. That's not safe, nor acceptable. I give the staff 5 stars. I give the buffet 4 for variety, but 1 for flavor. The fruit was fresh.

The food was incredible and authentic. We opted for a good number of appetizers, 2 salads, 1 main dish (but the appetizers are large enough to be an entree). And the to-die-for tiramisu. Great experience and so glad we opted for diversity in our choices. Will definitely go back the next time in the area. In the meantime, I will dream about this restaurant and the service service. Spectacular.our server was the cutest , most kind sweet girl.

Although the power was out temporarily at the time I arrived, they greeted me in record time and offered me items available from the menu in the current delay. Awesome, guys!

This is a nice local Italian restaurant, with family recipes and a small restaurant charm.
Service was acceptable, but not swift, and the food was quite good, although we have had better.
We had a number of pasta dishes, which were tasty.
Wine selection was expansive.
Prices are quite reasonable, about $35 per person.
I liked this place.

This was our second visit to Pacci and we were not disappointed. Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Back porch is cozy and food was delicious and plentiful. Restuarant is nice for a date night or family night. A nice neighborhood gem.

We were greeted by the friendliest hostess and all the interactions with the staff was so positive- it made us feel right at home! The food was great and we especially loved the lobster ravioli and the shrimp and linguini in pesto sauce. Thanks for an overall great experience!!

Nobody greets people who arrive, you have to wait about 15 minutes for a waiter to be free and come to ask what you want.
It was not a good experience, the food was salty, the meatballs are not real meat, they are bagged meatballs that they sell at Costco, the pizza is made with cheese, all of them, plus the toppings are minimal, super minimal and the price of the dishes is expensive compared to the quality of the food... it was our first but also our last time at this place, definitely Olive Garden or Cheese Cake Factory is much better in every way.
I do not recommended this place to enjoy a good italian food.

Sigh. The food was very underwhelming and did not resemble their respective traditional Italian dishes. The linguine with clams was lemony and that was the only flavor in the dish. The clams were rubbery and did not feel fresh. We also got the carbonara and it was nothing resembling a traditional carbonara. The egg was scrambled in the pasta and it appeared as if the pasta was tossed in cottage cheese. The pancetta was super tough and rubbery. The taste was similar to ramen with cheese.

We had high hopes for this place as we recently moved to the neighborhood, but sadly we will not be getting food from here again.

Wonderful hidden gem with a nice roof covered garden area which allowed us to have a relaxing quiet peaceful early dinner despite the gloomy weather and rainy day. Service was excellent and attentive allowing time as needed for conversation as requested without feeling rushed. Management was engaged with customer and also assisted her staff as needed. Thank you for a great experience.

Love this place. The food is excellent. Their lasagna is the best I have ever had and that is not only my opinion . Fried mozzarella is to die for. The rest of the dishes on their menu is also really, really good but the Lasagna is the “Star of the show”. Service is great and the staff are friendly.

We go to Pacci's often, every couple of months, and often to celebrate something. It is a cozy and friendly place, with nice waiters, excellent food, and it's not too pricy.

Charming restaurant with good Italian food and great service. There are multiple places to sit—dining room, porch, back patio. We chose the patio, which was lovely. All the food was delicious, from the bread to the desserts. Servers were friendly and helpful. Will go back!
