We love Pacci's. We don't come often, but the food is good and the atmosphere is a nice mix of upscale and hole-in-the-wall.
Among our recent order was the Cubana and buffalo sandwiches. Both were great, but not aptly named. Couldn't tell that there was any buffalo sauce on the buffalo and the Cubana was missing the mustard and dill pickle zing (had sweet pickles instead). The meat was fabulous and the bread prefect, just missed our expectations based on the sandwich names. The other dishes (pastas, salads, and a pizza) were all spot on. Table of six.

Great food and service. I'd give 4.5 if it were an option. Parking is tough though. I'd recommend making a reservation and asking for the first floor.

My review is based only off the customer service I received. When I walked in solo, there were 4 employees at the entrance. No one greeted me. I walked over to the counter/bar where a young lady was standing behind a computer , said hi to her, she did not look at me for several seconds. Someone else came after me, guess what? She was greeted by the lady who ignored me. I decided to leave. I don’t even care what your food tastes like. Basic customer service is very important to me.

I had attended an outdoor event nearby and was looking to warm up with a coffee and snack before heading home. I didn’t realize they were getting ready to close. They still seated me and said as long as I ordered soon, it was fine. I got the Pacci bread appetizer and a cappuccino. Both were warm and tasty, and hit the spot. Can say enough about how polite the staff was.

Warm friendly ambience and service. Food delicious with good options. Quiet enough to talk comfortably.
Small cozy Italian restaurant serving excellent food. This was my second time visiting and everything was just as good as the first time.
Our waitress was cheerful, knowledgeable, and refreshingly, tattoo and piercing free ! The restaurant must have hired a new chef, because the meals were far better than in past visits.
This place is a gem! We came here with my family for the first time. So glad we did. The food was excellent and very good quality. Each dish was amazing and had great flavor. I got the ravioli which was pretty much the best I’ve have state side ( outside of Italy), my husband got the calzone which was huge and oh so good!!! Their tiramisu was also out of this world, not to be repetitive, but yes one of the best I’ve had stateside. Sadly didn’t take any pictures, other food was also ordered, apps, etc. The service was excellent from when we walked, and our server, Pavlos, was on top of everything, super nice, and very knowledgeable about the menu when we had any questions. The place itself was also very cute, cozy and believe it or not, we could talk to each other without yelling like at some other restaurants. I’d have to say this was a perfect meal and experience for what my family and I were looking for. We will definitely be back.

Tried their Sunday brunch buffet and it was underwhelming. The service is nice, great ambiance, but the food was not great. The eggplant lasagna had undercooked eggplant that was chewy. The seafood stew had extremely over cooked shrimp and mussels. The deserts were either old or had been sitting out for so long that they had dried out. The best thing there was their omelette bar. It's not worth the per person price. I would give them another chance to try their dinner menu but I would not recommend their brunch buffet to anyone.

Dinner was delicious. We were seated in the basement, which was very chilly, the void of waitstaff. No one around to help🤷♀️. Barramundi was amazing.
Overall very good. Food is all above average, if sometimes a little bland. The only thing that was bad was the very boring stale non chewy bland table bread. Service is excellent
Nice Italian spot.

Goggle said they were open. We went there at 4:40 pm…. The door was locked… called and the employee said they open at 5:00.
I'm so disappointed I have been wanting to eat at this restaurant ever since I took a trip to Italy about5 years ago. I had heard good things about it. From the time I stepped in the door that immediately changed. The young ladies (hosts) were nice. What threw me was the place wasn't crowded at all, I went right after work thinking that would be a good time. Anyway the host who escorted me to my seat, for some reason felt she needed to take me all the way to the back of the restaurant. There were plenty of seats empty along the way and about 3-4 people sitting at tables. Way before we got to the back where no customersat all. It felt like she was hiding me. I don't understand why, I was dressed appropriately being that I was coming from work. I asked could I sit somewhere else she took me back up front. 🤔 and we passed all the tables we just passed going to the back. She seated me in the little out cove area which was fine. I didn't realize how rustic the place was, kinda disappointing too. My waiter was nice and professional. I ordered my food, a lasagna. It came out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, It looked like it had been sitting for a while and had been reheated. My expectations were so high, since this was an Italian restaurant. I truly was expecting a fresh lasagna like right out the oven or at least freshly made that day. I don't think this was, I've been to enough Italian restaurants to know the difference. I'm really sorry Pacci's for this review. I hope your other guest have a better experience than I did. All the best to you.
