So good. First off Panera food is amazing and reasonably priced. Food was fresh and it felt homemade. The service was amazing. If you had a problem they would solve it. The restaurant itself was also nice the seating and design is nice and relaxing. 5 Stars!

Not sure if they don’t care about the food anymore whoever is making it but this is just horrible the bread wasn’t even toasted I understand your busy but put love to the food as you’ll eat it thank you Panera

I was looking forward to trying the lobster roll. But the bun was stale. I guess they don’t butter it like true rolls. A few pieces of the lobster were borderline fishy. I pretty much wasted my money. I don’t recommend. But I will admit.. “What was I thinking ordering a lobster roll at Panera?”

My recent experience with this location has been horrendous. I placed an online order for delivery at work and the person who was supposed to deliver it did not, yet the Panera app said it was delivered. I attempted to contact the store and the driver to no avail. Eventually when I did speak to someone associated with Panera, they told me to call DoorDash. I did as I was told and DoorDash arranged for me to have the order re-delivered and it was delayed again. The driver claimed that Panera didn’t make my order on time and eventually it was cancelled. I am disgruntled about my horrendous experience with this location and do not recommend ordering online from Panera, especially from Tech Road.

The staff is extremely friendly. But every time I do an online order via the app for something simple that doesn’t even need to be made, my order is never ready at the given time and always end up having to ask them about my order. Like almost every single time.

Very dissappointed in my service today. Came in after reading about the new croissant toast. The woman that took my order had no idea what I was talking about, even when i told her it was advertised on the window. She made no attempt to figure out what i wanted or if they had the product.

This was terrible service and interaction to start my Easter. I will be working later and i know I will be giving proper service to those that come by!
