The staff is extremely friendly. But every time I do an online order via the app for something simple that doesn’t even need to be made, my order is never ready at the given time and always end up having to ask them about my order. Like almost every single time.
Poor customer service. Lack of trained management. I have been to 20 Paneras. I hope this location can improve.

Very dissappointed in my service today. Came in after reading about the new croissant toast. The woman that took my order had no idea what I was talking about, even when i told her it was advertised on the window. She made no attempt to figure out what i wanted or if they had the product.
This was terrible service and interaction to start my Easter. I will be working later and i know I will be giving proper service to those that come by!

This was my first time comming to this location and I'm not going to lie or sugarcoat it really did not like my experience my order was not completed I ordered a sandwich with chicken, cheese and vegetables but i never got the vegetables on top of that I had to wait so long just for my order which I am pretty sure that it was just left in the back I really did not like it.
Worst Panera location - slower than any fast casual restaurant I've ever been to and their ordering system doesn't work, fully doesn't transmit orders so you wait forever for food that isn't coming. Avoid this location.

They have a lot of employees but still slow to deliver my online order, whenever I went to pickup my order after it says it’s ready, I have to wait for 30 minutes or more

The Panera brand has the best atmosphere. The restaurant is clear and fairly busy, as most are. The staff were bust worker bees, but pleasant and helpful.
