The worst Panera Bread my family and I have ever experienced. Everything we tried to order, they did not have. At one point, I told them it was easier for them to let me know what they had available before trying to order. Additionally, no one was cleaning tables, we had to clean our own tables. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone else.

The employees were talking and laughing behind the counter, FORGOT about my order and by the time they realized I’ve been waiting for nearly 10-15 minutes they just laughed and said they “didn’t realize”. By the time I finally got my order my sandwich was BURNT. And to think I left a tip, ugh.

I have to give a big shout out to Kyla s for her great service my Cinnabon crunch was toasted perfectly her kind service was outstanding along with Natalie H both of them amazing customer service , however I must say the manager Josue G was very rude to me I was praying before I had purchased my second order he bangs on the table and said you can’t sleep here in a very rude manner , how ever there was a black man sleeping in the corner I had ordered my soup he called my order and I told him now please wake up the black guy because he was actually sleeping what made me upset is because I am am woman paying customer look likes a kid but for man to be scared to do his job when it comes to another man I belive this is not a fit team manager if he has to pick and choose of judgment to do his job

Wifi doesnt work — the gateway times out after trying to connect for like 20 mins. Don’t recommend working here. The restaurant wasn’t very clean either. I went in around 9 AM, and tables weren’t being wiped down. The food is very overpriced and bland. I got an avocado egg white bagel thing and the only seasoning was from the cheese on the bagel. Wish I had picked a different spot.

The price is a bit too steep for the amount and quality of food you get. I think items could be a tad bit cheaper to make it more reasonable OR they can add more meats in the sandwich. I ordered the chicken roma asiago bagel stack ($7.99) and it was a little underwhelming. The “stack” was definitely missing from the sandwich and did not look like what was advertised.
The kitchen sink cookie ($4.89!!) was great, it was even bigger than my bagel sandwich. Definitely recommend it with a glass of milk. Luckily I got it for free in the app, otherwise I don’t think I could justify paying nearly $5.00 for one cookie.
The staff member who helped me was great. He was attentive and had good customer service skills.
Overall, if it weren’t for deals and awards in the app, I wouldn’t buy Panera.
Great food and service. On-time delivery. Just wish you would bring back Bear Claws. 🥰

At Panera I just had one of the worst fast food meals I've ever had for the price of $22? Insane. And this is not a problem with just this location, Panera keeps increasing their prices and decreasing the quality. The half sandwich in my order had barely any toppings or sauce and was mostly just shredded chicken with dry bread. The mac and cheese didn't even come close to filling the tiny cup it comes in. And the smoothie was only half blended with chunks of frozen mango at the bottom. This is your reminder to eat from somewhere else because all Panera does is overcharge and underdeliver.

I was very sick and thought about a healthy food place. When I went to pay they had problems taking my payment through Apple Pay. Sandy helped me with the payment and was very kind. I saw his performance as a leader and the entire team worked at 100% even with that payment mishap. The food is very good and it was just what I needed to feel better
