Papa Johns Pizza

I placed a delivery order that was never received. When I contacted the store, they told me the driver had been outside for 15 minutes, but the driver never called me to notify me. The explanation didn’t make sense, and instead of offering a fresh replacement, the store said they would only give me the original (old) pizza and still did not have the driver call me!

I also used my $10 Papa Dough coupon on this order. When I tried calling back to confirm a refund, the store stopped answering my calls. At this point, I have lost both my order and my Papa Dough reward credit, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of accountability.

I recommend that this store be reviewed for poor customer service practices.

Ordered through uber eats and the pizza tasted dry like they didn’t put enough sauce on it, and it tasted old/stale and rubbery. Never again.

The manger was about to call the cops even though I paid them and the delivery driver so rude I even tipped him some horrible place and calling the police for some stupidity

First time picking up pizzas at this store. The pick up process was quick, and the pizzas were great.

This place needs to be inspected by the health department and shut down. Both my wife and I got sick from eating there. There are serious health hazards with the way this location operates. We will never eat there again. Stay far away from this place unless you want to get sick for days. Food poisoning, diarrhea, vomiting, and sore throat. Something is seriously wrong with the way they are preparing food.

Papa John’s made me a believer

I walked in, was told to wait and that someone was going to take my order. After 15 minutes of waiting for them to take my order, i was told they only do online orders. Why didnt they just say that from the start instead of wasting my time.

DO NOT EAT HERE.
The employees bring their dog in the back where they make your food. Disgusting. They need to be investigated by the health department.

Papa John thank you for Serving the DMV area with elegant taste and #1 best pizza for dinner when you just don' t feel like whipping up your own. Continue to make fabulous pizza. I always have room for a slice of Papa Johnson pizza,!

My last time at Papa John’s they gave me an old pizza and I have never gone back. Reviews need less than a star, they don’t deserve 1 star.

Will take your money and run with it. DO NOT GO HERE

They dont care if a customer is waiting 20 minutes to place and order when is not any more customers inside, service is terrible, go to a different location.
