Papa Johns Pizza

I got here 10 minutes after a notification that my order was ready. They couldn’t find it, said to wait 10 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. Then when I asked for a manager they became extremely aggressive, got really close to me and started yelling in my face. This is extremely poor service and they need to be trained again on customer service. Pizza isn’t difficult to make yet they are always incompetent every time I come here

Took 2 hours to arrive. Almost an hour after the estimate. Pizza was like cardboard, cheese bread was cold, boneless chicken wings are just chicken nuggets with a drizzle of sauce, didn’t arrive with the extra sauces I paid for.

Apparently they havent figured out order throttling.

Always get carry out because I live close by. Martino made sure it was ready by the time I walk over. 🙏

I placed a delivery order that was never received. When I contacted the store, they told me the driver had been outside for 15 minutes, but the driver never called me to notify me. The explanation didn’t make sense, and instead of offering a fresh replacement, the store said they would only give me the original (old) pizza and still did not have the driver call me!

I also used my $10 Papa Dough coupon on this order. When I tried calling back to confirm a refund, the store stopped answering my calls. At this point, I have lost both my order and my Papa Dough reward credit, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of accountability.

I recommend that this store be reviewed for poor customer service practices.

Ordered through uber eats and the pizza tasted dry like they didn’t put enough sauce on it, and it tasted old/stale and rubbery. Never again.

The manger was about to call the cops even though I paid them and the delivery driver so rude I even tipped him some horrible place and calling the police for some stupidity

This place needs to be inspected by the health department and shut down. Both my wife and I got sick from eating there. There are serious health hazards with the way this location operates. We will never eat there again. Stay far away from this place unless you want to get sick for days. Food poisoning, diarrhea, vomiting, and sore throat. Something is seriously wrong with the way they are preparing food.
