who ever made a pineapple and ONION pizza tonight you ruined my night. I that was not my order.

Papa John's at Four Corners is usually my daughter's and my to go place if we just want a quite night at home. I have never returned food but tonight was an absolute must. I ordered a pizza and a 6 piece chicken wing order. I can't emphasize how small the chicken wings were...the smallest estimated at 1 inch long by 1/2 inch wide. I turned around after already being home and called to speak to the manager while en route.

Despite this experience, I gave the service a 3 star because the gentleman at the store did prepare another order and an additional one to remedy the situation. I insisted that I didnt want more chicken only that the quality of their product matters, everytime.

Took an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered three blocks away. Had to call them three times and they yelled at me for not picking up the phone, asked me for the address and my name multiple times and still seemed confused when my name and the address were both on the delivery order

They don’t deserve even one star

I waited over a hour for a pizza that was damaged really bad store and service. They didn’t even answer the phone when I called.

I was there during the week the front desk guy was very busy. Despite of the bussiness he was very polite and gave a great customer service.

Arrived 20mins after my food was to be ready to make sure it’s ready (last timeIt wasn’t on time either but understandable on a Friday)Pizza ready no chicken, told that I didn’t order chicken first then told I only ordered a 10pc boneless wing. Proceeded to show them my digital receipt for a 15 piece at that point the employee decided to explain to me that they had run out of boneless wings and that they called me to tell me I never received a call another customer who was right after me also had ordered boneless wings. They never called him to let him know that they had run out, very poor customer service did not even offer to comp the pizzas. I asked for refund returned the pizzas and willNever return and will make sure to let others know.
