They don’t deserve even one star

I waited over a hour for a pizza that was damaged really bad store and service. They didn’t even answer the phone when I called.

Would be nice if they got our order right at least once…

I was there during the week the front desk guy was very busy. Despite of the bussiness he was very polite and gave a great customer service.

Arrived 20mins after my food was to be ready to make sure it’s ready (last timeIt wasn’t on time either but understandable on a Friday)Pizza ready no chicken, told that I didn’t order chicken first then told I only ordered a 10pc boneless wing. Proceeded to show them my digital receipt for a 15 piece at that point the employee decided to explain to me that they had run out of boneless wings and that they called me to tell me I never received a call another customer who was right after me also had ordered boneless wings. They never called him to let him know that they had run out, very poor customer service did not even offer to comp the pizzas. I asked for refund returned the pizzas and willNever return and will make sure to let others know.

Our take out pizza was over cooked and burnt! Never had this happen before!! Very disappointing!

Papa Jones Four Corners must have sold to a different owner or it is a different management. The worst delivery experience, lies, over three hours for order, stale vegetables, caked and cracking cheese on the pizza. they the same order three times because "the system was messed up", yet sent the same order thy made over three hours ago. Rude, extremly rushed manger/s if they are at all.

Pizza came out AMAZING!!! Super cheesy, cooked just right. Delivered hot and fresh with extra peppers. Will def order again. They even called to confirm my order. Thank you all!
