The soup is just OK. Noodles are good (hard to mess up dried rice noodles), the broth is watered down, and there isn't very much meat.They seat you and bring the soup out very fast, but otherwise the place is a dump and the people are rude. Especially the lady working the cash register, very rude.

Solid bowl of pho! Broth is tasty and the meat is very tender. Our food came out very quickly and we ate it just as fast! The coconut bubble tea smoothie was actually quite nice. The only downside is they do not have chili oil. You only get hoisin sauce and sriracha to sauce up the bowl.

Overall rating is 3 1/2 stars. Good pho, delicious summer rolls, nice/helpful staff, modest atmosphere but very clean. Very easy to park. We have been discouraged by our last two visits to Mi La Cay in Wheaton so when I stumbled upon Pho An & Grill while doing some errands I thought I'd give it a try. They are located in a strip mall on Aspen Hill Road between Ct. Ave and Georgia Ave. (For some reason the directions on Yelp route you up past Aspen Hill Road and then have you backtrack on Georgia Ave.) At 12:00 noon on a Monday the restaurant was full. I was served my pho and summer rolls within minutes of ordering. Eye of round in the pho was fully cooked which I'm not used to with pho, but it was tasty and fairly tender. Summer rolls were nicely rolled and filled and the peanut sauce was good. We will be back soon.

Overall, this is the cheaper menu compared to other local Pho places. The menu isn't as expansive like Pho Grill in Olney and Pho Nom Nom. Taste wise you get what you get and the soup isn't water down as much as some other places. Writing this, it would be my 3rd time coming here (carryout is fine for a quick pho fix).Parking: The shopping center isn't packed and hope that Kohls and Michael's stay for a long time to anchor this place. The Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens, Roy's, Taco Bell, dry cleaning, appliance repair, and a party city keeps this place well traveled daily.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating and they have plain versions for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot and sidewalks have ramps
