I ordered food from here for the first time and the pho had good flavor but it was overpriced for what I received. My stomach was hurting after consumption and I ended up on the toilet.

I been coming here for years and never had any issue, except for when I order to go. Every other Pho place I been to always separates the spicy sauce with the hoisin sauce.

But here, they mix the hoisin and the spicy in the same little container. Not everyone likes spicy sauce and/or hoisin sauce, and to mix them together and only provide a single container of the mixed sauce is just cheap.

It’s not a big deal, but when you ask for them to separate the sauces and they still give you mixed container that’s just poor customer service and cheap.

THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT ADA COMPLIANT!!! Unfortunately I had to rate everything a one star because I wasn’t even able to get a table, so how would I know if the food taste good lol. Anyways, my partner and I walk in with her service dog and automatically the man at the front says we’re not allowed to eat because we have a dog. We express she’s a service dog and he states unless he sees papers he’s not letting us eat. For those who are unaware even in a food service environment you are not allowed to ask for a service dog’s documentation. You can ask what tasks they can perform as well as if she is a service dog though. We try to communicate the information he was ignorant to. He then continues to talk over/ignore us and say he needs to see the papers. He refused to listen/serve us and a woman who worked there said she was allergic to dogs so the dog couldn’t be in the store. Overall this was an unnecessary approach to the situation. I completely understand allergies exist, but you are legally not allowed to deny service to anyone who has a service dog. And if this is a concern you’d think there would be a sign on the door stating this is what they do if a situation like this transpires. If the man who was at the front reads this review, don’t delete it. Learn how to have the decent respect to not talk over others when they are telling you information that you’re unaware about. What happened was discrimination against an individual who has a disability. I don’t typically write reviews, but I wanted to advocate for those who either have service dogs or care about the energy of who provides your meal. Be mindful of the reaction you may get if you advocate for something that does not fit their belief systems.

I had a terrible experience here. If you have a disability and have a service dog, DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give them no stars, I would. They will be extremely dismissive and rude. The person I was speaking to was not even listening to me as I told him that he was discriminating me. Completely ignored as he began speaking to somebody else while I was trying to explain the law to him. They are not compliant to the ADA LAWS.

Clean place with fast service. The food was fresh and delicious and everything came out quickly. I loved the Vietnamese coffee and the beef broth was delicious. Definitely recommend!

So good and fast. I got it to go and this has to be the first place that cut the spring roll box so that it didn’t get soggy 😄😄

stopped by due to great reviews and concentrated menu.

the phở was good, definitely not the best. lacking in depth and quantity. quality? I mean, it's there w the broth and meats but usually it is supposed to be fulfilling. I left wanting another bowl from a different place. the price was definitely reasonable and you get what you'd expect. straight to business, no frills. good for a quick bite, just not memorable

the coffee was good. I'd get it again.

The best Pho in Maryland. Carryout orders are packaged very thoughtfully and service is friendly and fast. The egg rolls are also the best I've ever had.
