I’m giving 3 stars because I’m glad I tried it. To ME the pho was disgusting not all of it just the broth but what is soup without broth. I came because of the reviews but definitely wasn’t for me.
Best Pho place in Maryland. Service is very quick. Less than 8 min wait. Broth is very rich and full of umami flavor. Meat isn't overcooked like many other places, it's very tender. Family run place with Tim and his wife. Been coming here since my high school days.

the phở was good, definitely not the best. lacking in depth and quantity. quality? I mean, it's there w the broth and meats but usually it is supposed to be fulfilling. I left wanting another bowl from a different place. the price was definitely reasonable and you get what you'd expect. straight to business, no frills. good for a quick bite, just not memorable
