We had a great experience with Boli's last night and wanted to take a moment to give them a shout-out. We placed an order that included a specific ice cream flavor, but when the delivery arrived, a substitution had been made without any heads-up. Unfortunately, the replacement wasn’t something we wanted, so we called the store to let them know. We asked that they remove the cost of the ice cream from our bill and pick it up since it wasn’t what we ordered. We also mentioned that if someone had just called us first, we would’ve declined the substitution.
Here’s where Boli's really impressed us: Instead of just picking up the ice cream and issuing a refund, the delivery driver went above and beyond. He actually drove to another Boli's location to track down the exact ice cream we originally ordered—and brought it back to our house. He didn’t need to do that, but he did, just to make sure our order was right and that we were happy.
That kind of effort is rare these days, and it really meant a lot. Mistakes happen—it’s how you handle them that counts, and Boli's handled this one with care and integrity. The food was great, and if it were even possible, now we’re even bigger fans of their customer service. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery and a medium Pepsi. Waited over one hour and received a cold pizza as thin as a cracker and an ice tea instead of a pepsi. Do yourself a favor and order your pizza somewhere else!

Pizza Boli’s is the definition of adequate. If you’re in this part of town—where Ethiopian restaurants outnumber everything else by a ridiculous margin—and you just want something familiar, this is an option. There’s also a Haitian place, a Colombian spot, some Tex-Mex, and if you venture far enough, another forgettable pizza joint and a McDonald’s. But if you’re staying in one of the nearby hotels and don’t feel like experimenting, Pizza Boli’s is there.
As for the pizza itself? It’s… pizza. The cheese isn’t great, the toppings are sparse, and nothing about it stands out. It’s not offensive, but it’s also not particularly enjoyable. If you put a decent frozen pizza in a good oven, you might get something better. That said, it’s warm, it’s recognizable, and you won’t regret it too much. Three stars for being a functional, inoffensive option in a neighborhood where straightforward pizza isn’t exactly the priority.

I had a horrible experience with Pizza Boli’s. First - the delivery order came 45min later than the estimated wait time. Second - I requested no contact and left instructions on where to leave the food, yet I received a phone call from the driver that they were downstairs. Third - driver attempted to get me to pay extra for a tip (for a late order and delivery instructions not followed? Why?). Fourth - additional sauces that were paid for were missing. Fifth - chicken on pizza was chewy and rubbery (turns out it wasn’t cooked enough), and pizza was extremely salty (to the point of being inedible)! There’s no amount of 10% offers that could get me to order from here again.

Do not buy from this location. I have been buying pizzas from this location for two years now. At first, I loved the quality, but it has really gone down. I ordered a pizza from them recently and it was delivered 40 minutes after they said it would be delivered. To make matters worse, the driver pulled the food out from his trunk. The pizza I ordered arrived luke warm. The worst part is that as soon as I opened the box, a cockroach was running around on my pizza. Disgusting and completely unacceptable. I don’t ever write bad reviews, but they obviously don’t care enough about their quality anymore. Highly disappointed in a company I used to tell all my friends to order from.

We are at the Holiday Inn nearby staying for a few days from WV. I have always been a huge fan of P J s I won’t mention the commercial name here. Bolis Pizza is everything PJs forgot they were! This is the great taste that PJs once had! We. WILL. Be. Back. ! ? Took pictures after we sampled it and knew it was amazing! Forget PJs.
