I think if I order fries topped with steak, green peppers, mushrooms, and cheese, I ought to GET fries that have STEAK on them. How do you mess this up? I ordered via DoorDash, which refunded $2.81 of the charge (where can you buy $2.81 worth of steak?)
The cheese sauce was appropriately gooey, the peppers were crunchy, and there may have been as much as one mushroom. I was really in the mood for a full meal, not a side. I was very disappointed.
I called this place the following Monday to report this. They were very rude to me, and blamed the Door Dash delivery person for the mistake. But I pressed them to explain HOW a delivery person leaves off a main item, and walked them through it, and the nasty, idiotic person I talked to had to mistake it was on them. But they refused a refund or even just a coupon for a free item on my next order.
If I should suddenly lose my mind and HAVE to have something from Pizza Boli, I'll go in, and personally inspect every item in my order. But never delivery, because of the attitude I got.
I can think of several pizza places within 5 miles that have better pizza, though, so I don't expect to come back here.

Worst crab pizza ever! Why? Usually the best ever? This location gets them shipped in frozen! Do not buy here! Buy from the Laurel location. They make them fresh. Just got off the phone from both locations. Always buy from the Laurel location except this time. That will never happen again.

Simply asked them to secure pizza box with seal for Uber delivery. The problem is they either do not care or don't speak clear English. We have focused businesses on accommodating other languages so much that we no longer understand english. PLEASE DO BETTER

The reviews look bad. I wasn’t sure whether to order it or not. But it is close to my job. The person who answered was SO RUDE. He or she blurted out Bolis or something. I asked for the $7.99 special but he or she insisted it has to be ordered online. The order was for the maintenance staff at our school so I don’t know if the food was good or not but it looked good when I picked it up.
