The reviews look bad. I wasn’t sure whether to order it or not. But it is close to my job. The person who answered was SO RUDE. He or she blurted out Bolis or something. I asked for the $7.99 special but he or she insisted it has to be ordered online. The order was for the maintenance staff at our school so I don’t know if the food was good or not but it looked good when I picked it up.

Pizza is ok but customer service is nonexistent. They messed up my order a few weeks ago and said that I’d have a credit for half of a large pizza for next time. I just called and they insisted that there was no record of such credit and refused to honor it. It’s really such a shame that they lost a customer for a matter of a few dollars.

I had ordered fajita pizza from them, and they don’t know how to make it. There were big chunks of tomatoes, bell peppers and onions. The chicken was tasteless. There wasn’t any cheese on the pizza.

Credit card machine didn't work. They swiped my card 6 times. I felt uneasy about that. They need to upgrade their system. The cheese and pepperoni pizza is good. The location doesn't look good at all.

They completed the order quickly; however, I did not like the chicken Caesar wrap. The Caesar dressing tasted either old or just bad. Also the house salad dressing was half open and it spilled inside of my car and ruined my jeans.

I walked in and ordered a pepperoni pizza to go was told it would take 10 minutes after about 20 minutes I was handed an uncooked pizza. The cheese had not melted and the pepperoni was not toasted.When I tell you this was the worst pizza I’ve had in my entire life. It was, How is it that not matter what you did to it . The so called cheese would not melt. What kind of knock off garbage are they serving us.Don’t waste your time or money going to this horrible place,
I recently placed an order at Pizza Bolis, and I have to tell that I had an excellent experience. The dinner was better than I had anticipated; each bite was incredibly flavorful. Our visit was delightfully enhanced by the incredibly kind and cooperative personnel and manager. Throughout our entire time, they consistently delivered excellent food and service. I heartily endorse Pizza Bolis as the greatest halal restaurant in town for anyone looking for mouthwatering cuisine and top-notch service.Regards

Ordered pizza. It was 25 minutes late and cold when it arrived. Called to tell them about it and they told me just "accept it" this time, then hung up the phone. Tried calling back and of course, I couldn't get through.Extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll never order from this location again. Disgusting customer service.
