Please be careful people who are eating here for the reason it’s halal IT IS NOT. I Called before ordering and yes they don’t serve any pork, everything is beef but it is NOT HALAL. Just want to put it out there.

I ordered a small cheese pizza and chef salad from Pizza Castle. Both were great! When I walked inside I was greeted with a smile:)

I grew up always going past Pizza Castle but even after 30 years, I never went here. I was extremely excited to try since they have a halal menu and I gave up pork years ago.
Outside of the halal menu, there isn't really a reason to go out of the way to eat here. It doesn't seem like there's a major quality difference from here Vs. any chain. I was pretty unimpressed by the dough and the sauce.
This is strictly regarding the pizza. I have not tried any of their sandwiches, etc. which I've heard are good. But the pizza is definitely a pass for me if I'm the one buying. Not terrible by any means though, and the service was great.
For a much better halal pizza, id recommend Aden or M & N's in Bethesda. But if I'm being honest, it's not a bad option if you live in White Oak as I still slightly prefer it over Papa Johns or Pizza Hut.

I bought a tuna sandwich and a pizza, and it was delicious. Five stars to this place. I definitely recommend it to anyone. I love this place, food is always fresh.
I ordered chicken, wings, and steak and cheese sub. The steak sub was very delicious. No complaints but the chicken wings were fried in fish grease and tasted like a dirty grill. They were A lot grilled and then fried in fish grease.
