I was able to able to make a order online and pick up in Store and was surprised how quick they got the food ready and made sure my order was correct. Staff was attentive and checked I had everything I needed. Will definitely keep ordering from here!

March 20th or a day before thereabout I went to get a pizza that I ordered earlier. I had to wait for it which is normal but there was a mix up with the cook and the order did not get done. The manager Aldo was quick to fix it up for me and gave me a gift card. Aldo is a good manager with great communication skills and customer satisfaction priority. I enjoyed his service he is a gem.

There's no tables, barely any lights, very bad bathrooms, and the only thing thats good about it, it's it's kitchen and their employees. Overall, it's not welcoming looking.

Went to two pizza huts, the first had no dining in option, the second had 3 tables, two pizzas and a water came to $40, and the pizza wasn’t even good. Went back to the Ager rd Pizza Hut location to take my daughter to the Pizza Hut I grew up going to in my childhood and it is not even close to as good as it used to be. Won’t be coming back as the family pizza experience here is non existent, as it’s primarily a carryout spot now.

Anytime I ordered an extra cheese pizza and paid extra for the topping, the pizza had very little cheese, no sauce, and was overbaked. I gave this location 3 chances and each time the pizza was worse off than the one before. I recommend you avoid this location.

I ordered online for pick up and when I got there no one came up to the counter for about 10 mins. An old lady was in the back kitchen slowly limping around prepping cheese with no gloves, wearing flip flips with no socks then proceeded wash dishes and clean…just sad... No clue what they got goin on here honestly I just left without my order

Wow. This place is pretty much a garbage dump. There is no furniture inside, just a big empty, creepy room, so only takeout. Ordered from an app and they hadn't even started making the pizza until after I got to the location. "It'll be a couple minutes". I watched them unwrap a pre-made pizza and put it on the conveyor belt. After 15 more minutes I asked about my pizza. "That one wasn't yours, it'll be a few more minutes". I walked out.

Ordered carry out 5 times from this place on the app, and I can say that this place gets it right EVERYTIME. The manager Reyna and her team gets it done, I've received all my orders from her and there was never an error, she even ran through the receipt and made sure nothing was missing. My family loves the pizzas and the online deals make it that much easier to come back. You really can't out pizza the hut with that team!

Worst place ever. I went into the shop to get some pizza given that it’s open until 2am in my neighborhood. The guy assumed I was an Uber driver and refused to let me in until I showed proof that I ordered online. Then, when I asked for the bathroom, he was rude when I asked for the key. He never told me the bathroom was locked. He then proceeded to laugh. I will never get pizza from this location again. It’s said because I always tip even when I order pickup, but stay way from this place. This is coming from a black American. Thanks.
