I recently visited the Pizza Hut in Aspen Hill and had such a great experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious fresh, hot, and full of flavor. But what truly made the visit special was the wonderful service. The worker was an absolute charm! She was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality.

Stop deleting my review I already contacted the company itself about this specific Pizza Hut. Worse Pizza Hut in the area. I usually order from the Pizza Hut in glenmont and I accidentally placed my order at this one. The fries were soggy and brown unlike the one in glenmont whom make them nice and crispy and light colored Also I had 3 containers along side a pizza and i asked the employee for a bag and he said they didn't have any bags What kind of food place doesn't offer bags? Every other Pizza Hut in the area in Aspen hill and glenmont has always given me bags to carry the containers of my wings and fries in Smh never coming back to that place again. The wings were also soggy and under cooked. Corporate will be hearing from me. This is unacceptable I'm paying for my food it's not like you're giving it to me for free. The chicken from the pizza was also extremely over cooked and too chewy to eat.

Something has changed. Over the last three months they can’t process online orders, the employees sound high, and last night they didn’t even speak any English. The worst experience however was the last time an online order worked I had to call and make a change from carry-out to delivery. They sent my order through DoorDash and the dasher was trying to tell me I had to pay again even though my online receipt showed that I’d already paid through card!

I love coming to this specific location because everyone who works here is very professional and nice. This location is the best !!!
Didn’t think I would be rating this - normally amazing pizza. However last order last week was a total waste of $40 on two pizzas and cinnamon sticks. Pizza weren’t cooked all the way and the dough was stuck to the boxes. And to add insult I actually tipped when I ordered. I’m done with Pizza Hut all together.

Worst customer service ever. They dont deliver if your making a cash payment strictly card payments are only the orders they deliver on. Don't choose this pizza hut and they primarily do it so employees can keep the food for themselves.
