Staff is friendly. However the food isnt tasting like pizza hut. We need to have American people cooking our food because when you put other people to do it, the recipes just dont taste like before. Everything tasted awful. 3/10 experience. Never coming to pizza hut anymore. Im done.

I came to pick up a order and the cashier was on his phone and the phone was ringing and he wasn’t answering it and in the back I saw a worker not using gloves and grabbed cheese and was only use one hand then washed only one

There was a misunderstanding by the manager. He didn't take my order correctly. I visit PizzaHut on Goshen Road so much I gave them a call. Then all of a sudden the manager knew what I was talking about...He corrected the order and I will more than like return to his establishment.

I ordered online for delivery. Bought cheese stuffed and cheesy bread with marinara sauce. Instead they delivered with ranch in the box. Is this some sick joke ?
They lured me in with $12.99 deal and when I go to pick it up it’s over $20! They gave me some pitiful excuse on why they couldn’t honor the deal because apparently those are “online” prices and since I ordered by phone I had to pay full price! At NO point did the ad say online only! Complete bait and switch! Also, without deals/offers the food here is too expensive for the amount they give you.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees don’t even act like they want to be there, total incompetence. They screwed up my entire order and refused to give me a refund and made my food cold - refused to remake

Ordered on a Sunday evening for delivery, waited for 45 minutes after the delivery was due to arrive then drove to the shop to be told that my order was cancelled as soon as it came in. No apology or explanation.
