Smooth help ke with my choice and was quick that's important especially when you on have 30mins for lunch. He also shared that their ovens bake at 1200° as opposed to the competition which makes at 600°. Excellent service. He told me about the rewards and Maverick Mondays, Pie days and all the knots on pie day. I will be back.

My dining experience: I liked this place b4 they changed the format. B4 you talked to the person making your pizza & watched it being made & it was always ready & nice & hot a short time after placing your order. Now it's very unfriendly; nobody greets you, and you have to punch your order in & pay via a screen on the wall at which time you provide your cell # & name so they can text you or call out your name when your order is ready. After waiting 3x as long as it used to take, nobody had notified me that it was ready, so I inquired & it was sitting there in a warmer which was useless because my pizza was already cold. &pizza lost the personal touch, which lost me as a once frequent customer. I'm not going back, and it's too bad because I enjoyed it b4 they took away their customer service and became a hollow, unfriendly place. Bah humbug.

Used to be a really good place to get a pizza but I was forced to use the kiosk when I wanted modifications to my pizza or craft my own instead of modifying an item that was already on the menu and paying more for the toppings I wanted. Gone downhill will go to the one in Rockville from now on. Music is too loud you can’t hear the staff. Usually a good place to go but this time was very very disappointed. Will not be coming back.
I came into this restaurant 7pm on Thursday and they told me they are unable to take my order in person. Very odd for a brick and mortar spot to not take in person orders. I was forced to make a build your own pizza on the kiosk where a lot of ingredients were missing and I had to manually tell the workers what to add. I think a lot about the &pizza experience is being able to order in person so being denied the ability to order the pizza was a big inconvenience

Terrible online interface. No phone number to talk to a person, just recorded lines that hang up.
Tried the mushroom truffle pizza, absolutely delicious, will definitely buy this one regularly. Also tried both the vegan and regular knots as well as the cinnamon knots - equally great and yummy. The mango passion fruit drinks are amazing. All yummy and great prices which I’m super grateful for, thank you!
The only thing is that when you first sign up, they offer a two for one deal for the pizzas but for some reason wouldn’t apply in check out (after I read the TOC) which was a little disappointing since it’ll expire as I’m away for the holidays and didn’t work last night.

happy to meet such a nice, positive, welcoming young man at work on Sun. 11/10. He was a pleasure to chat with.
Next time back I should be getting the jalapeno's, though.

The pizza was OK though out of all the times I’ve purchased pizzas from here. It taste a lot better, but the one issue that really disturbs me is that two of the employees did not have their hair covered with a hairnet! It’s kind of disgusting to see pizza being prepared for someone and their hair is freely a room to shake about the pizza and the toppings! We all know that everyone’s hair falls out little bit here and there, but to go into a place preparing food and sing employees (Not all two actually had their hair covered, tucked nice and neatly away from the food, literally “trapped” Under a hairnet, so there was no way that hair could fly off their heads. Perhaps it’s a thing of vanity, but would you really wanna go into the kitchen of a restaurant and And you see a person to preparing your food with the hair able to shake about? This is not the first time I’ve noticed this here. I think I’ll switch back to the Bethesda location with this is never an issue.
On another note, my pizza did not taste really good tonight and the toppings were really scarce Compare to in the past, perhaps as a budget issue or putting ample toppings on pizza

I take defamation very seriously. So seriously I would take legal action. For context, I spent over $60 to buy lunch for myself and a friend. I expect a receipt as it is the most basic expectation in any customer service interaction. Instead of getting a receipt, I spent over 45 minutes, waiting on the receipt PATIENTLY ...while I am berated by the young lady behind the counter who was obviously busy with customers. I wasn't standing there for my health while she called her headquarters only to tell me they don't offer receipts when I had obvious proof of my transaction. To add insult to injury I am not only told I am rude....which is obviously a projection of this young lady's bad attitude, but I am then insulted and asked never to return. NOT A PROBLEM. I am can see I am not the common denominator in this problem as many others have also complained about her as well. Again, I take libel and defamation to a legal level and will do so when necessary as young people today don't value respect and common courtesy.
P. S. I got my cashback.

Waited 30 unnecessary minutes for my two pizzas that were ready but there was no one upfront to talk to to grab from warmer. same thing was happening to multiple customers while i was there.
