&pizza - Silver Spring

I bought a pizza from this location yesterday evening and now today I’m experiencing stomach upset and diarrhea.

Extremely rude they don’t let you order any fresh pizza on the menu that you want to order. And they keep leaving traditional things out of the European pizza. Suspicious. Now they got creepier AI message. Everything they invited for more creepy with barricades and grudge Menu crafted. We don’t know why they are so creepy.

So, not really sure what to call this place, but the name is “&Pizza.” It’s a shockingly good pizza for $12 (and that’s the gimmick – all pizzas are $12). My partner and I went one evening on a whim since it was kind of late and this place was still open. You order on a giant tablet, and then sit down and wait (or take your pizza to go). As mentioned, all pizzas are customizable and all $12. The pizza quality is pretty good, I wonder if the price is just a gimmick to get people to come-in and they will go up later, or what, but it’s a decent pizza at this price. They aren’t huge, but it is plenty for one person, and they are made fresh to order, so no pre-frozen processed pizza junk that is just reheated. I will definitely go back again. Service is minimal since most of the interaction takes place via the tablet, although the staff that were there seemed annoyed to even have customers and were not remotely friendly, but I ultimately didn’t care because the pizza was a good price. The atmosphere is sort of “upscale fastfood chic” if that’s even a thing. Definitely recommend!

This chain has good vegan options. I can eat a whole pizza in one sitting. This restaurant is pretty good and staff seemed good. It gets a bit crowded at times.

Customizable pizza to your own liking, gobble it all down. Tasty and delicious pizza. Service was kinda slow, atmosphere could be better but don't sit and eat, it'll still taste good if you take it to go.

I live in the building so I've come down to get a quick pizza or ordered online from this place many times. Every time the service has been quick and exceptional and the food is always good. When I've ordered online and have come down to pick up my order it has always been ready so I don't need to wait.

This is an extremely well-run location. Kudos to the staff.

&pizza has delicious personal sized pizzas that always delight with different topping combinations & specialty pies
This location is VERY consistent with their quality control & the staff has always been perfect
I just yesterday had a pickle pie which I KNOW sounds strange but is sooo tasty
I think this was literally the third time I’ve had it
They also have a pretty decent reward system through their app which I always use so that when I arrive my pizza is waiting for me
It almost always is 😉

Smooth help ke with my choice and was quick that's important especially when you on have 30mins for lunch. He also shared that their ovens bake at 1200° as opposed to the competition which makes at 600°. Excellent service. He told me about the rewards and Maverick Mondays, Pie days and all the knots on pie day. I will be back.

My dining experience: I liked this place b4 they changed the format. B4 you talked to the person making your pizza & watched it being made & it was always ready & nice & hot a short time after placing your order. Now it's very unfriendly; nobody greets you, and you have to punch your order in & pay via a screen on the wall at which time you provide your cell # & name so they can text you or call out your name when your order is ready. After waiting 3x as long as it used to take, nobody had notified me that it was ready, so I inquired & it was sitting there in a warmer which was useless because my pizza was already cold. &pizza lost the personal touch, which lost me as a once frequent customer. I'm not going back, and it's too bad because I enjoyed it b4 they took away their customer service and became a hollow, unfriendly place. Bah humbug.

Used to be a really good place to get a pizza but I was forced to use the kiosk when I wanted modifications to my pizza or craft my own instead of modifying an item that was already on the menu and paying more for the toppings I wanted. Gone downhill will go to the one in Rockville from now on. Music is too loud you can’t hear the staff. Usually a good place to go but this time was very very disappointed. Will not be coming back.
