My order was not correct. Trouble contacting the restaurant to get it straight. The number on webpage is to a call center. They told me to call Uber eats The driver did not prepare the food or mess up the order. The number the call center provided to the restaurant is busy, it does not ring. This is not good service.
I was dying to eat Pollo Campero (Guatemalan restaurant). I was driving with my mom from NJ to FL and we came across this restaurant. When we showed up they were about the close. I know the restaurant business and it's hard work and we felt bad we stayed eating but the manager and cashier they were beyond kind. We were starving and the allowed us to stay in and finish our food without rushing. My mother and I were really grateful for the hospitality service. Pollo Campero...
I was staying in a hotel just down the street and saw the red awning and walked to the location. A small place with lots of people having lunch. I ordered the special of fried chicken, french fries and cole slaw with a drink. Loved the fried chicken. It was crispy on the outside and juicy meat on the inside. The cole slaw and fries were very good. Oh, and the price was well worth it for a great lunch.
