She was just looking at me when I told her what toppings I wanted, then she said “you want everything except peppers and mustard?”I said no I don’t want oil neither when I opened the sandwich at home it was drenched in oil when I specifically asked for no oil because I get nauseous when I did oil in the past. They should put the toppings one by one as you say them, but this potbelly specifically wants to do toppings from memory, which baffles me

Potbelly has gone down the drain and I hope it’s JUST this location or else I’m done with them forever 😢 . I used to love potbelly!!! But every time I stop into this location, I’m disappointed. This time I told the woman so many times how I wanted my sub, first I listed everything out one by one. She says oh, you want everything? I said almost everything but absolutely no sauces. Then I listed what I wanted, again. She smiles and laughs and says ok. I get home to enjoy my sub and there is mustard and some other sauce completely drenching it!!!! It was so nasty like why would anyone want a ton of mustard on a chicken and cheddar sub?!
I just don’t understand!
Please please please - pay attention to your customers requests!!! This is why we come into the store! It’s totally disrespectful to not take the time to listen and serve. I tip and treat with courtesy but sadly every time I come to this location, something I didn’t ask for is added to my sandwich. It’s made in such a way I don’t think they’d even want to eat it. I hadn’t been in over a year and have a craving today, but I’ve learned my lesson the last time.
The last time I recall the two associates were fighting in front of customers and no one would even start making mine or the other folks in lines order until whichever one of them was the manager demanded the other to start the orders.

Every time I go into this location the staff is wonderful. Terrell, the GM, is so wonderful. He definitely should be the one in charge of running the restaurant. He is such a vibe every time I see him. Onita is a just as awesome. She is a strong woman. She recently has gone through something tragic, but she still comes to work with her amazing attitude and determination. She is always a pleasure to be served by. Lastly is Olivia. She is so sweet and works really hard. I always see her taking care of customers and doing catering orders at the same time. Everyone mentioned has beautiful energy and I enjoy myself every Tuesday when I go in. Thank you guys for always making my experience amazing.

Waited 10 minutes to get rung up when there was nobody in front of me. Food was good tho
1st time I had ever been to this Potbelly's. Also the last time I'll be going to this Potbelly's and possibly the last time I'll be going to any Potbelly's. The overweight employee working this afternoon was rude as heck to me for no reason. Seems to just be how that guy is. Pompous and rude. The BLTA I got was atrocious. 90% bread, 3 small pieces of bacon, and 1, yes ONE, small piece of avocado that covered maybe 1/3 of the 'skinny' sandwich I got. I didn't know anyone made worse sandwiches than Subway. Turns out Potbelly's is giving them a run for their money.
I forgot to place my mobile order pickup before I got to the restaurant and the staff was immediately able to help me out in getting my order filled immediately. Top tier service from everyone here and I am grateful to them for helping me speed up the order completion while they were not busy
On point
Excellent place to go to.

The Apple Walnut salad is great but the chicken salad sandwich which we’ve ordered several times is very very light on the serving more bread than chicken salad. I had to open up the sandwich to find the chicken salad. The taste is great but too little. Please increase the serving.

Despite having gone to the West Tech area for almost all my life, I have only started eating at Potbelly since last year.
Sandwiches are one of my favorite foods because of the numerous ingredients, both traditionally and new. It is also the difference between a sandwich from home and a sandwich from a restaurant.
I usually go to this Potbelly in particular once or twice a week and I have always been satisfied with the service from the workers on the line. While some people are better at certain roles than others, ultimately they still get the sandwiches ready and accordingly. I normally don't get complex orders, so I'm not sure how those work out for other patrons, however its great for me.
If you have never been to a Potbelly and are looking to try for the first time, here are some instructions on how to order:
1.) If you can't see the menu or want to look at it up close, there are paper copies of them on the wall to the left of the decorative potbelly stove. The menus are a white booklet with a stamp on the back with the address of the Potbelly.
2.) The line for this Potbelly starts where the bottled drink refrigerators are. The way it goes is that you start from the back of the restaurant and make your way closer to the door. If there are people in line in front of the chips, they are not waiting to order. If there are people standing behind the fountain drink cups, then they are in line.
3.) When it is your turn to order, tell the worker what size, bread type, and meat you want. For example: skinny, multigrain, chicken salad. They might ask you for the cheese you want or simply put the default on the menu. Simply tell them what you prefer if it matters to you. You have the option to order a soup from here, but I prefer ordering it later.
4.) They will put the sandwich on the toaster and you will move to the left. You will be presented with chips. You simply grab whichever you want. There is a deal if you get a regular fountain drink, chips, and a simple skinny sandwich (minus roast beef and tuna salad). Chip are optional, not necessary.
5.) Once you reach the end of the chips, you will be asked what you got. Restate what you said before. This is to make sure the sandwich doesn't get confused with someone else's since they get online orders as well. They will ask you what you want on it. The list of toppings is on a cabinet behind the worker. I usually get "everything no hot peppers".
6.) The person will give you your sandwich, to which you go to the cashier on the left. They will ask you what you got, so you state what you said to everyone else, but adding what you grabbed on the way (not including toppings unless they cost extra). You can order your soup here, get a dream bar/cookie, or milkshake.
7.) Finish and pay. (If it isn't busy, they might ask you if you want to pay before you get your sandwich.)
As for the food itself, well, its a sandwich. They aren't stingy on the meats, but that is more with how the Potbelly company itself dictates the weight of the meat than the people behind the counter. The quality of their ingredients are also very good. I'm not entirely sure how to explain it, but the lettuce feels fresh and crunchy and the tomatoes are a good in between of soft and hard.
I like to get the soups. I have only really tried the broccoli cheddar and the chicken pot pie soup. I prefer the broccoli cheddar soup because the broccoli and the carrots melt in the mouth while the soup has a nice flavor. Depending one when you decide to eat the soup over the course of your meal, it will have a different taste due to the temperature. I like to eat mine at the end of the meal because it will still be warm and won't burn my mouth into oblivion. As for the chicken pot pie, which is a soup, the pie crust added to the middle of the cup adds both flavor and texture that makes it stand out. I was hesitant at first to try it since I was wor

Pretty good. The only issue I had was I ordered my sub with light on all toppings, and what I got was heavy on toppings and light on meat and cheese.
