Project Suya was the best decision I made all week!! So juicy and tender and the spice is on point! It's been awhile since I've been and Grace help me pick what I wanted. It's hard to choose when you're hungry..lol. She was sweet and very professional. Highly recommend Project Suya

The beef suya are wonderfully smoky, juicy, and savory with spicy notes. The suya is melt-in-your-mouth tender, thanks to the excellent seasoning and whatever cooking techniques they used. The ladies at the window were also excellent. The price is a little bit deep but taste and the customer service was perfectly on point. My wife and I loved it, and we are definitely going back.

Absolutely loved my experience, I got to the food truck late at night and I was greeted with a smile and some Suya to try ,since it was my first time there. Loved the packaging and especially the well seasoned suya . Thank you so much 🤍🤍😋

I found out about this truck and ate there this week. All the previous reviews are accurate. Let's start with the young Ivorian lady at the window. She was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. She gave me a sample to munch on while my order was being prepared. I got Suya and Ribs. Both were delicious. The price was a bit steep, but I don't mind it, because the food and the service were exceptional. Check it out! You will certainly love it too.

I love Project Suya in Silver Spring! The lady at the truck is so friendly and makes you feel welcome right away. The food is amazing — full of flavor, fresh, and tastes just like home. Honestly, I’d rather spend $30 here than on any other African food in the area. The vibe around the truck is always good, and you can tell they put care into everything. Definitely my go-to spot!
