Customer service is horrible from the little loud mouth girl in the back to the big man rushing orders out. I don’t think these people are smart enough to acknowledge just bc you talk about your customers in another language, doesn’t mean we can comprehend your body and eye language as negative. You would think you would be a little friendlier to the people who keep you in business.

Bought fufu and peanut butter soup.the soup was sooooo good. I enjoyed it. Try it and will not regret it. Will always go for it

Time and sometimes wrong food

I really love this place but please some times you standing waiting for your order you can see through and none of the stuff wearing gloves when putting food for customers

I gave it a three star cos of customer service but the food is awesome especially their waakye (rice and beans). Not so fan of the Jollof as the taste is not consistent so I stick with the waakye.

This place used to be sooo good and I used to consistently buy food from them but they’ve gone downhill. I recently had okra soup and banku and I can tell they used frozen okra both times because 1) the soup didn’t draw at all and 2) I spent more time spitting out the shards from the frozen okra than actually eating the soup. I also ordered jollof and it tasted horrible, most likely they’re not making the food fresh anymore. I’m thinking because they’re so busy now, they’re cutting corners. I won’t be coming back

I love Rahama food, but I have complaint about the spiciness of their food. It’s ridiculous. I ordered fufu and goat meat light soup my favorite I devastated with how spicy the food was. I couldn’t eat the food and I wasted my money. It’s sad that they don’t consider people that don’t eat too much pepper. Please make spicy sauce on the side for who needs it.

When I ordered though Uber eats the order would be messed up. So I started ordering directly though the restaurant. Today I ordered Kenken, friend fish and an extra order of friend fish. One of the kenkens arrived opened. I called the restaurant and Fati offered to reimburse me $2 and some change on an order that cost over $30 when you include the delivery fee. The restaurant provided me with food already opened and I could not eat it. Fati hung up on me and never returned my call. Horrible customer service. I don’t live in MD and won’t waste my gas to go in person and continue to discuss.
