Rincon Magico Bar And Grill

I ordered via Doordash. The ordered was completed wrong. I called the restaurant and they said it was Doordash fault that they couldn't do anything. I ordered 2 tamales de elote fritos & 2 Garnachas and I got 3 boiled elotes. The restaurant said Doordash confused the order, but how ifvthe restaurant whom packed the order.

they food is not as advertised..I ordered a churrasco and if you look at picture is not even close to a churrasco... meat is even low quality..the taste is avg.. and above all of that the price is unacceptable for the quality of the food $18 ..for the plate on the picture.

This restaurant has poor service in everything whether you are served online or physically Always when you order they send you wrong things things you’ve never asked for and employees who are at customer service they had bad service I recommend that no one buy food in this place son una mier*a

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The bar tender is rude, mix drinks here are horrible as well, first and last time I will be coming here. I didn’t even get to finish my drink and bar tender threw away without asking if I was done.Never again ??

Very good Central American cuisine!

Came in to have dinner with my family, the security looked straight at me and said do you have an ID, are you going to be drinking, it was 6pm! I would understand if it was at 9pm; but at 6pm really?Second, our waitress was right behind us on her phone with no mask on! She had the nerve to keep talking to us without her mask, she even leaned closer to talk to us even when she had no mask, also walking around without it. Every time she came to check up on us she was on the phone. Then I told her the drink I wanted I don’t know how she didn’t understand me saying horchata. She seemed very slow, either she was drinking or something else but she was terrible. Lastly our food came out cold. It was definitely not worth it. in the end while she was waiting for the checkbook she sat down at another table taking selfies. Avoid this place if you can. Hopefully the CDC shuts this place down. Cause they are definitely not worried about the pandemic.

The food is extremely good and it’s very authentic. The service was great and i honestly recommend this place !

Simply ordered 3 tacos, an horchata, and fried plantains. I only received 2 tacos, no drink and no plantains. Terrible service. Would not recommend
