Normally, lunchtime is a pretty straightforward experience with good waitstaff. However, I went for dinner recently sitting at the bar and my sushi and main course took almost 45 minutes to come out, with the bartender not really checking on me. It was finally when one of the senior waitresses followed up to me that things started to get moving in motion. Food is solid and portions are generous. If they could add tonkatsu to the menu I would definitely come more often.
The hibachi was fire! I also tried the Mai Thai for their Happy Hour which is every Sunday for only $7 it was strong drink. My wife got the Japanese Sunflower that was also yummy and much recommended.
My husband and I come here often. The sushi and hibachi are all delicious. The service is always great, and I love that we don't have to sit at a hibachi table if we're not in the mood (although the hibachi chefs are great for larger groups or if you're with kids). The happy hour cocktails are also yum.
