Worst customer service. I ordered chicken teriyaki before leaving the mall. Got home to eat it and the chicken was not done, pink and goeey. So I decided to try to cook it some more before driving all the way back to the mall. Well, that didn’t help at all. So I drove all the way back to the mall, explained what happened and I can not believe the attitude and continuous push back I recieved on how I ordered it an hour ago and it looked fine. The looks they gave me. They way she slammed and pushed my food down the line and rushed me to get it (with a customer in front of me) The only reason I’m didn’t push back is because I knew that’s what they expected and wanted. I smiled, got my food and immediately ran to make this review!

Love the North Riverside location they’re always delicious and the customer service is friendly and welcoming to say the least.

Waited a while to get our food which we didn’t mind BUT when our number was called I stepped up to get my order and the worker packaging and handing out the food looked me up and down and asked me for my receipt as if I was trying to steal the food that I’d JUST PURCHASED. Mind you I had the cup with the logo FROM HIS RESTAURANT IN MY HAND!!! I stood there and he NEVER asked the following 3 Hispanic customers for their receipt prior to handing them their food. Disrespectful to say the least and I made sure to let him know that I saw and felt the disrespect.

I have been going to the one in Pensacola Florida since I was a child and have always had a great experience. Delicious food, so consistent every time.

Deals are only available by ordering online or through the app, which never works when there is a deal. Very convenient timing 🤬

Restaurant is very clean and sparkly. Friendly atmosphere for employees. Great customer service. However, I did not enjoy the food. No flavor.

Ordered their 2 for 1 chicken teriyaki deal on Uber eats and both my husband and I got food poisoning!! Do not recommend at all. The food tasted old, I couldn’t finish my plate. And had to go to the ER just 7 hours later. They clearly served me old contaminated food or it had been mishandled by employees. Nonetheless, this will be my first and my LAST time ordering from this location.

IT's no a bad atmosphere but it's in the Mall and you can't privacity, but it's a good place for eat.

Parking: There are many lots but somedays it's difficult to find any parking.

Kid-friendliness: It's an open place, they have kid menu

Wheelchair accessibility: There aren't stairs.

This is for the Knoxville, TN store, wouldn’t recommend going there in the last 30 minutes, because they close early, even tho they are there cooking food and laughing and having a good old time, you walk up to order and they’ll tell you there closed, maybe don’t advertise that you’re open till 6(Sunday) if you’re only open till 5:30. Maybe close the store. Highly disappointed in the customer service.

Ordered delivery multiple times, each time they gave good portions and it was delicious. Way better than the Mall in terms of portion size for the money.
