every single time i go here i have to wait 20-30 minutes to get my food which would be okay if they are busy… they are not…. on top of that they get my order wrong even after specifically asking the cashier 3x ….. oh a cup of water ? nope not here ! after overpaying for crappy food the least you can do is give me a damn cup of water ? i wouldn’t want my worst enemy eating here. do better sarku seriously it’s not that hard

Noodles were overcooked and or spoiled... Money water cause I'm not eating any of it. The store smells of old dish water. Save your time

Awful experience today ordered through Door Dash, totally unacceptable. There was a piece of metal in my food, could not even eat it. I will be disputing this purchase if the store does not want to provide me with a refund. I will allow them 24 hours to respond.

Slow service. They charge for sauce. No water cups. Food is lower quality than other Sarkus. Place isn’t clean and is worn. Ceiling is disgusting.

This rating is for this particular location. Other Sarku places I've been to were 4-5 stars. I have not been at this location in a long time, and it was much better then.
The noodles I ordered were overcooked. Everything else was just okay. The differences are service and cleanliness. Each place varies.

This place is grungy, grimy, and the staff are some of the most incompetent and inept staff I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant - an impressive achievement.

should’ve turned back around when i had seen the terrible service of the people working here to start off the food wasn’t too bad but it definitely has gotten worse every time & clearly i’m not the only person who feels like it . the food gave a horrible reaction right an hour after eating it my husband & i are thinking did we get food poisoning it’s that serious . never plan on showing up or recommending this place ever again.

I placed the order on the phone at 2:22. She said ten minutes. Took them 22 min to get one meal out. The mall does it in 5-7 min. Charge me for xtra chicken and didn’t get the xtra. Never coming here again.

Tasted horrible and they used to give yum yum sauce for free now theyre selling it. Tastes like less than average rice and they just out you a littlebit of chicken. Its 96%rice and 4% chicken.
