Efficient service, fast food atmosphere, food was decent, prices were inexpensive. We went for a quick lunch and ordered 3*chicken Teriyaki: the portion was pretty big, chicken Teriyaki tasted good. 2* shrimp bento: it was okay, the dumplings were dry and the filling wasn't real meat, shrimps were a few, the portion was much smaller than the chicken teriyaki. I wouldn't ordered it again.

The beef is often burnt blackened. Not very healthy and tasty with the charcoal taste. They got to clean the grill board frequently between cooking like restaurant.
They’ve forgotten my shrimp at least 3 times and seem to be more focused on whatever conversation they’re having. I would give a 1 star but when they get it right I’m fairly satisfied with the service. But the conversations seem to distract them from getting orders correct, unfortunately.

They do not pick up the phone, I wanted to order before arriving at the place so as not to wait so long. but they never answered me I made 10 calls. When I got to the cashier, I asked her if they took orders by phone, She told me that there was, and I told her I've called many times and you don't answer, and she told me we're busy. But when I arrived there was only one person waiting. so I didn't see the place busy at all. I hope the manager or owner can see this. Because is not the they are busy, they just don’t want to take the phone.

I've Sarku for many years. I initially used Sarku at Prince George's Plaza before the closed. The portions were superior; when I order extra's, I got my money's worth. For the past year, At Sarku in White Oak, I order regular meals and meals with extra meats. The regular plates mostly have NO meats and the extras are what I would normally. However, the price is close to costing three times the.normal price. White Oak PLEASE STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS ON YOUR PRICING AND BE HONEST similar to the services we received from PG. The food is prepared well. However, if I drive an extra 10+ miles to frequent your restaurant, it would be in your best interest to STOP cheating/robbing your customers.
