When we lost our 18-month-old puppy, the people at Seafood in the Buff Wheaton went above and beyond to help us. One gentleman noticed our distress and kindly stopped to let us know that he had seen our little guy the day before. This brought us so much relief after nearly 48 hours with no leads. When we visited the restaurant, another gentleman took time to assist us, letting us post a flyer and even offering us water. Thanks to their kindness, we found our puppy later that day and couldn’t be more grateful.
This evening, we returned for a celebratory dinner, and the food was just as exceptional as the service. The crabs were meaty, tasty, and worth every penny. We will definitely be supporting this restaurant in the future—not only because of the great food and fair pricing but because the people here truly have hearts of gold. God bless these hardworking individuals! Highly recommend!

Ii have been driving by this place for years and wanted to try their blue crabs. I liked their prices quoted on the phone and decided to stop in…I am particular about my CRABS so before I made a large purchase i wanted to try one of their crabs…my entire life of buying crabs whether it be at the DC Wharf or places in PG County/Ocean City if i ask to try to a crab that i am willing to pay for (usually I dont have to pay) they are willing to try one….not this establishment. Not a problem…they wont ever get my business. But it may explain why their prices are so low….

Called ahead for half bushel Large crabs on Fathers Day. Paid 385.00 and they were small!! When I went to pick them up, I told the lady and she was super rude saying this is all they have. I asked for a refund and she refused. Stay away from this place

Don’t eat here. Everything is deep fried and they do not properly refrigerate the seafood. The first and last time I went, there was a fly deep fried along with the fish. DISGUSTING.

The Nerdy Millennial
I grew up in the area and as a kid I always saw this place and was curious about it. Now as an adult I finally got to try it for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. When I got there it was empty so my order didn't take long at all! The staff was very nice and they keep the restaurant clean so I was happy to see that. I got the combo with the two pieces of fried fish the crab cake sandwich fried shrimp fried clams and fried scallops and it came with two sides. I chose fries and hush puppies. The food came out hot with a couple of sides of cocktail sauce and tarter sauce and the fries were seasoned nicely but not over seasoned. Each piece of seafood was decent sized and I got like 8-9 hush puppies so they definitely didn't skimp on the food. The white fish wasn't my favorite but that's only because white fish is something I have to be in the mood for and usually I prefer white fish to be blackened instead of fried. The crab cake that I got was like 50/50 crab and filler but it wasn't terrible all things considered. My favorites out of everything in the combo were the shrimp and scallops so next time I will most likely order those by themselves. My combo cost $28.99 before tax and I think their pricing is fair considering the amount and quality of the food they give you. This is NOT a gourmet seafood restaurant. This is definitely a hole in the wall so expect that going in but if you are in the mood for seafood I definitely recommend giving this place a try. If you are looking for delivery you can order with them through DoorDash. I will be back to try more things on the menu!
Parking: There are not a lot of parking spots outside the restaurant so be prepared to possibly park somewhere else and walk over

It’s a small place, but it’s a lovely place to go eat. They don’t try too hard to make it feel like they’re taking your money; it’s actually a nice environment. I’ve been here a total of seven times, and every time they don’t fail me.
Terrible customer service. Do not support these nasty people. The food is also junk and overpriced.

This is my go to place for fried fish. I usually get the fried whiting and it always comes out hot, crispy and tasty. The store is kept neat and clean. I give it a thumbs up.
