Came here on a night outing to ask for a water while sitting at the bar some chef? owner came out and told us we are not allowed to approach other tables, we didn't approach anyone and no server had been over at that table since we got there, owner/chef threatened us and told us to leave, server was quiet and seemed like he didn't wanna be there and then he got yelled at for letting me have a cup of water. horrible service and super rude management

Showed up at 11:06, ordered food by 11:14, the first order of fries didn’t come until 12:08, the bartender apologized and claimed responsibility, then the chef came out and gave us our order of wings an hour and a half after we had ordered them, and as he placed it down accompanied it with the statement “these are on us” only for them to be rubbery and tiny and to find them on the bill at the end of the night. Save your time and don’t bother coming here after anything at the Fillmore, unless you want to waste an hour and a half to get disappointing food after waiting for a half hour after you’d like to have been home.

Ew, gross. Never again. My husband and I stopped by looking for a drink and potential snack. We asked for the wine/beer menu but they didn't have one. Eh? The bar tender also had no clue what he was talking about. The final straw was that we soon realized the place was swarming with gnats. No place for food or drinks imo.

Walked in to have dinner and everyone just stared at me. I had to ask if they were open to be acknowledged. We sat at the bar. The bartender had the personality of a wet fish. We were the only ones in the place eating and it look 45 min for our nasty food to arrive. Cold and tasteless. Burger came out well done (ordered it med-rare). Had to send it back. Took about 30 min to get a replacement burger. Asked the bartender to check on the status of the burger. Chef came out and was questioning us about sending the burger back and told us that bartender was complaining that we were being inpatient. What kind of restaurant does that?? No apologies no nothing. Would NEVER return. Bun was stale, food was gross, service was AWFUL. So disappointed.

This is such a great place! We sat at the bar when it was empty and got two cocktails we loved as well as Chicken Noodle Soup, Rockin' Broccoli Balls, Shakshuka Oud, and Smoked Salmon Sarod that were all delicious. The service was good but a bit understaffed which is understandable. The ambiance is nice and would love to go when music is playing in the future and would love to bring some friends and family but the tables only hold up to six from what they told us.

Food was good… the food that came out on time. I ordered wings and they were forgotten… at the bar! My first drink didn’t have mint which was fine for a mojito. My second drink was made incorrectly- a simple Moscow mule. I sent it back as it was not what I ordered. I feel like as a previous bartender myself you should be able to tell by the color that it is not good. I gave it a chance knowing something was off. My third drink was okay, but still not made correctly. We picked this place because it looked like a nice Venue, however I’m disappointed in the service quality. My partners drink was good.

Cute spot with good music and affordable drinks. I came to Silver Strings for post-dinner drinks, and it was reasonably priced ($10-13) for staple cocktails. I ordered the French 75, and no complaints. We were the only people there on a Wednesday night, and the service was great.I deducted a point because the bathroom was a little sketchy though and the lights were blinking. Plus, we could hear the music classes banging from next door. I was getting bit up by mosquitos; bring bug spray.

The food is quite yummy. I love the Buffalo chicken sandwich. The only problem I have is that they never open on time!! They are supposed to be open at 4 and on several occasions at as late as 4:45pm they still weren't open.
