The other employee came out from the back not fully aware of the situation but as I was explaining it to her she was just unprofessional and was even argumentative despite there being other customers around. I ordered my smoothie online. I didn’t wait at all. I walked in and it was ready for pickup. The young lady with the locs gave exceptional service. She was very pleasant. I came on a Tuesday at 6:58pm on May 11,2021. I will come back tomorrow for a different smoothie.

Nicest young lady in the world working... allllllll by herself!!!!!! There was the biggest line and she had no help at all. It seems like every time I go to this particular smoothie king there is only ever one person working and there are always several people in there waiting. Every other smoothie king I go to always has multiple people working. You have to take better care of your employees.
