I received the worst coffee this morning, I paid extra for added syrups and drizzle and my drink taste like milk and coffee.
Great place to snag a quick break or have a impromptu meeting.

The team here is really great. As a local, I see everyone really doing their best especially Keith on customer service. He has a great personality and always very friendly. Great job to Keith and the rest of this Silver Spring team.

Everytime I come here I always look forward to seeing Temwe! I came here a few weeks back and there was a disturbance in the store with a man who was known for going into stores and begging the customers for money. Temwe took charge and made sure he did not bother the customers and made sure everyone was safe . Although being called all sort of nasty names from this individual, Temwe did not stoop down to his level and nor did he reciprocate his negative energy! And you best believe within 5 minutes that individual was gone ! Shout out to Temwe !

I am quite disappointed in this location. This is the 2nd week in a row that I’ve had my breakfast cooked so hard that it was inedible. How in the world do you cook a double bacon sandwich until it is so crispy that you can’t eat it?Whomever packaged my food knew that it was unfit to be eaten!!! Money wasted. Do better please.

Rachel is the best barista in this whole establishment! Honestly the only one that understands directions on the cups and not only that but goes above and beyond to accommodate. If she’s not making my drink I just don’t want it.
