This store does not abide by the policy. They allow harassment by the staff against the customers. Also they wait for you outside the bathroom because for absolutely no reason. They indulge in racist behavior by only allowing reports of white customers and not black customers or staff. No complains towards African Americans is allowed or anyone of African descent otherwise they retaliate.

This Starbucks is my favorite. They are always beyond friendly and their drinks taste the best. The atmosphere is lovely, too! Exie served me today and he was SO pleasant!!

Incredibly slow. 20 minutes for coffee, only a few mobile orders and 2 other people in the place. No reason for such lack of urgency. Skip this one if you can.

This is my favorite Starbucks location :). The staff here are always so upbeat and kind. They so cute things like put fun stickers on the drinks for customers. They also host community events, including open mic nights. Great vibes here. Keep up the great work!

I went in there for a free drink and every employee I had encountered was absolutely friendly & professional. Starting from the young man at front who took my order, placed my order with a cute sticker on my cup and every one else. They're exceptionally kind & courteous. A lot of my peers saw my cup and said they never got the sticker on their cups and they're jealous of me.

We caught the 4 for $20 deal. It was delicious. Didn't really fancy the summer refresher but the staff was really nice. It was my birthday and they were really kind about it. Thank you and we will be back soon ❤️
