they have no clue how to operate, they said i can't redeem my birthday drink because my app never showed that i have a promotion which they have never denied doing the drink for ur birthday ... (i've worked at starbucks and have seen the managers and baristas override and give it to customers) they could've even look in my profile to see my birthday has been registered then they tried to lie and say i claimed it already, how? i just got to starbucks as they all simultaneously opened wasted my day going here to get a frappe, wanted something nice to start my birthday this place ... they don't even have majority of the drinks it's like just going there for ice coffee or hot coffee & pretty much tea

I can never order my usual drink that I have been getting for years here but I can order it on the app and every other Starbucks just fine. Just save yourself the time and go to a full standing Starbucks location, these people have no clue what they are doing.

This is the best and newest Starbucks in Downtown Silver Spring. It is located in Safeway and is not as busy as the one in Giant or the one on Ellsworth. The staff are very friendly and they also have a deal on Fridays for a free pastry when you spend $5 or more.

Seriously the most disgusting bathroom ever. Toilet paper roll on the floor, filthy toilet, and no soap or paper towels. This is where the people who are stocking your food use the restroom and it’s completely unacceptable.

Staff cleaned cafe tables as I sat down- they had gotten rid of the smelly bench seat as well. Now if they could do something about the customers.
