Ordered three traveler boxes the day before an event via Door Dash. The order was supposed to be ready between 8:10-8:30am. My dasher arrived on time to find the order delayed. She waited for 35 minutes and brought it at 9. I opened the sealed bag and found creamer and an excessive amount of sugar options, but no cups, lids or stir sticks. I immediately messaged the Dasher. She went back to this store to get cups and they told her “the customer has to order cups” - can you imagine?! I replied to the Dasher through the app that 12 cups come with each box per the website. I tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. Luckily, the Dasher persisted and asked again and they finally gave her cups. She brought them back to me at 9:30 (no stir sticks but at least my guests could have coffee at their training!!) - so this Dasher wasted more than an hour for a single order due to the poor customer service at this store. I gave her an extra $20 tip because I felt terribly. I absolutely would not recommend ordering from this location.

This Starbucks has one massive flaw. It is consistently understaffed. It takes far too long to receive your order. They should have double the staff. Whoever is mismanaging this location needs to be replaced.

Sometimes the staff sweep under your feet when your trying to drink. Haven't been back since they cleaned in my area in the back away from the crowd

As one who visits this Starbucks quite frequently, I’d like to highlight Angel for his exceptional customer service. Today I ordered a matcha latte and asked for it to be sweetened. Upon me trying, I noticed it was not sweet at all. This is my go to drink and I know what it should taste like. When I came back in, I mentioned to the barista who took my order and made my drink that my drink wasn’t sweet enough and the gesture given to me was to open my cup and more syrup would be placed in the cup. That was unusual, especially since someone ahead of me was offered their drink to be remade. Mind you, I had only taken a sip or two out of my cup. Angel noticed that I still wasn’t satisfied and proceeded to answer my question about how the drink is made and he took it upon himself to make me a new drink. As a frequent customer, that’s the type of service that keeps customers like myself coming back. Thank you again and may the management team continue to do an awesome job in the midst of busy times.

Iam so upset i go everyday to this starbuck very friendly but day 2 my stuff was wrong yesterday they gave me the wrong sandwhich in my bag but with the correct label . Today my coffee is so strong they didnt put the white mocha syrup in it so it just a plain iced coffee with lavander cold foam and my bacon gouda bread is so hard you cant even bite into it.

This is the worst Starbucks that I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The customer service is substandard, and the wait times are EXTREMELY LONG! Mobile order is a waste. You’re better off ordering at 7 AM and picking it up at 7:50 AM. I am not joking. And as someone who used to work in Rockefeller Center about a decade ago, I’ve seen 3 workers handle an ENTIRE industrial floor of customers. This is UNBELIEVABLE and upper management needs to step in NOW!
Before this Starbucks, we had Peet’s Coffee and they did an EXCELLENT job. Tables were clean inside and outside. The patio area is always a mess and workers don’t even check on customers. As always, Starbucks is ONLY about money with a declining product.

It’s Starbucks…so you know you’re overpaying for a mediocre coffee—but in this case the establishment is filthy dirty. Barista was nice enough, but overall experience was not great.

Check your coffee orders they do not follow instructions on requests
The Starbucks app was down so I had to go through the line, which initially I was annoyed about but I’m so glad I did! Keith was working the register and he was so upbeat & happy to take of all the guests that came in - how could you be upset ??!
Everyone on staff was working together efficiently , was smiling despite the long line & made me really enjoy my visit!
I don’t visit as often as I used to because I’ve slowed down on coffee but I just want to commend everyone on staff especially Keith.
