The Starbucks app was down so I had to go through the line, which initially I was annoyed about but I’m so glad I did! Keith was working the register and he was so upbeat & happy to take of all the guests that came in - how could you be upset ??!
Everyone on staff was working together efficiently , was smiling despite the long line & made me really enjoy my visit! I don’t visit as often as I used to because I’ve slowed down on coffee but I just want to commend everyone on staff especially Keith.

I’ve never seen someone move so slow. I understand if you’re busy but only one person waiting for drink when I got there. Then barista makes other mobile orders placed after mine first (I checked their timestamp). Might be the worst Starbucks.

I’ve really tired to like this location, but I’m pretty sure they are making drinks incorrectly. This is an iced brown sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso. At first I thought I was ordering it wrong, but I never specify the amount of pumps at other locations and the drink is never this light in color. I do not taste the espresso or Brown sugar. I really do miss the location in downtown silver spring because this location is not cutting it.

Arguing about the difference between number of shots and type of bean. ? Make the policy known. I would have been happy to comply with the store rules about how many espresso shots I am allowed.

Most of the usual baristas are really good at their jobs and I never have a problem with them. Some of the others throw attitude and get my orders wrong. I don't really care if you've got attitude, but at least don't get my order wrong.
