This location is absolutely incompetent and to add on top of that they are completely rude to their patrons I’m an African customer who came in there it was getting mistreated because I’m black never have a experience that at a Starbucks ! They made my drink wrong And when I came to the front of the line to ask them to fix it, they tell me next time I have to stand in line, after already waiting 15 to 20 minutes for my drink to be ready

something about this location and never following instructions right. my order clearly says no ice, so why is there ice in my drink? and why is my matcha chunky?
EDITED: yes i am aware the drink can be remade “at no cost” but its annoying when im already at the front of the drive through to ask for that. now im holding up the entire line while my drink is made in an even more rushed manner . how about avoid mistakes from the jump? the sticker with instructions is right on the cup to see WHILE making the drink.

HORRIBLE RUDE WORKERS!!! I am sick of how rude they are at this location. Like if you don’t like your job then work somewhere else.
If you go during the weekday, it feels like you’re in a high school cafeteria. It gets pretty crowded with high schoolers taking the entire place over and the music is very loud. Not all kids are buying drinks from Starbucks, they walk in with their McDonalds bags and the employees don’t say anything. The store manager should definitely do something about it.

I always go to Starbucks because I love chai latte but today I decide to go to this location after work. The barista was unprofessional her name is Johanna she get my order at the speaker because I did online but at the window she don’t have my order ready and replied to me in bad way next time let me know your order by the speaker. When we already spoke to her about my order.I was so frustrated next time I don’t go this location she thing is her own store.

I was at the door at 6:06 the lady totally ignored my knocking. Then I continued to knock and she rudely waved her hands at me Her being quite lucky I was working also. Young Latina woman. whichever girl worked 02/17/25 at 6:20am at the drive through needs a major attitude check and i hope the manager sees this . a customer making a mistake AND saying sorry is not enough reason to roll your eyes and aggressively hand over food. may as well have flung it at my car. way too early to have a stank attitude. smh
