Starbucks

I love this place. Every time I am in Washington DC, I make sure to stop by this Starbucks location. Why? Because it is conveniently located on the side of the road, with easy parking right in front.

The latte tastes just a latte is suppose to taste, and the bathroom works when I need it.

I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not the case. The lady at the register was very rude and had attitude. Then we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks and they were disgusting. So I had asked for liquid sugar and the lady argued with me the drinks were so bland and not sweet. This is the worst Starbucks have been to. The service was awful all the tables were nasty dirty the trash was piled up. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS AT ALL!!

What can I say, this is a great Starbucks in a conveniently place location. They have your typical Starbucks, coffee, pastries, and other offerings. There’s limited indoor seating and only about two tables outside. So this probably wouldn’t be ideal for working. However, the service is fast and friendly, they have bathrooms, and there’s plenty of parking.

Worst Starbucks in the area. Mobile order always wrong and takes 25 min for a mobile order to be complete. Terrible service.

We got mocha cookie crumble frappe. They were out of the crumble which they notified us ahead of time, absolutely amazing service! They were very friendly and the drink tasted great. A 5 star Starbucks for sure!

Stopped by this Starbucks, a regular stop for me. Service was weak, place was a mess. Dirty tables, filthy bathroom and lousy tasting food (old and hard coffee cake). No greeting, no smile no thank you at the register or pick up station. Stayed about 30 minutes place never got cleaned. May be time to find another coffee shop😒

Coffee drinks are overpriced, medium quality. Some sketch people were hanging out blaring music, employees said nothing.

I came here to pick up 2 Uber eats orders both times I was ignored. Stood there for 5 minutes the first order pick up and just got ignored from the moment I walked in the door no acknowledgement. No hello nothing. The barista was busy no one was waiting it was quiet. Of course I wanted to be unkind but I just waited bcs everyone has tough days at work. So I cancelled left out then before I got to my car another order popped up I said to myself I'm here I try again. Went back in the no one spoke again then the barista asked a young white man to help her which then I thought great finally. Nope he walked over side eyes me then goes back to do absolutely nothing then speaks to the white lady that walks in and asks if she needed anything....what!!??? Lol what a joke of a staff from the manager that has no customer service skills down to the two helpers. Worst Starbucks I've ever frequented. Every time I get an Uber eats request for this location I decline.

Worst starbucks ever. Waited for my coffee for 15 MINITES when there was no line. The barista was working so slow, and the other 2 workers were just standing doing nothing while people were waiting. And my vanilla latte, did the barista forget to put in syrup??? There is no way this is vanilla latte.

The lady who works with a little girl fights about everything, she is too angry, the supervisor should review the care this lady provides.
