The slowest Starbucks ever. I placed mobile order took 30 minutes and still waiting!
I was looking forward to a good cup of coffee today, but instead I got a watered down product that was unacceptable! It seems that you all have transitioned to automated coffee so I will make my own or buy from the local Ethiopian places like Black Lion or Prime. Goodbye Starbucks! 😡

Got every item in our order wrong

An ethiopian lady did not make the drink that I had ordered. I then proceeded to ask for her syrup and she was reluctant to add syrup into my drink. She was then extremely disrespectful and rude toward such a simple ask. I ultimately had to throw away the drink because it was indrinkable and I will never return to this establishment.

Hello! My two daughter n I walked in so I could get coffee and a danish and my girls went to the bathroom and the lady behind the counter started yelling at them and when I said they are with me she started talking to her coworkers in a different language about them using the bathroom. I don’t appreciate the attitude and talking about customers especially my teenage daughters right in front of me and think I didn’t realize what they where saying!
Came in at 8:28pm. I didn't know this store closed at 8:30 pm. Barista could've just told me she didn't want to take my order when I asked if it was closed. She denied my husband to use the bathroom as it was already closed. I ordered two pink drinks, and they were different colors. When I asked her if they were supposed to be different colors, she said yes and waited by the door to lock behind us.
Poor emoloyee attitude and service!
If you enjoy extremely long waits and incorrectly made orders, with staff who are unresponsive, this is the place for you.
Not good
Used the Starbucks app to mobile order a hot drink and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. It took me about eight minutes to get there. I then stood in the store for about 12 minutes before the food was ready when I got back to my car and opened it up the bagel was not toasted, not even in the slightest. They didn’t even cut all the way through it. I had to tear it in half at which point I realized I am holding a cold piece of bread. I took it back in and kindly explained that I ordered a toasted bagel and this isn’t toasted, The lady at the counter takes the bag briefly looks inside says this is toasted and tries to hand it back to me. I explained to her a second time that it is literally cold. It was not toasted or if it was it had been sitting there for 10 minutes before they called it out. I don’t know, but my food was not hot, which is what I ordered. She then said she would remake it and five minutes later. I finally have my hot food now that my drink is cold.

Absolutely disgusting. I wish I took pictures but this location was filthy. The worst part was one of the employees knocked one of the drink topper bottles on the floor. She picked it up from the floor and put it right next to the expresso machine and milk being used. Didn't wipe off the bottle. Didn't wash her hands and just kept on moving. This is how people get sick and get salmonella. Repulsive.
I ordered honey lemon mint tea, lattes, sausage and egg, apple croissant, and cinnamon coffee cake. The service was really fast and everything was fresh.
Perfect rest stop to use the bathroom. Just walk in there is no code.
We understand Starbucks has a new policy but it is entirely inappropriate to wait for someone OUTSIDE of the bathroom to see if they are going to buy something from the store, which we were. It is indecent and disrespectful. Will no longer be coming to this location or supporting this franchise.
Just wanted to give a special shoutout for the excellent service provided by one of the barista’s Loic when I went into this location last week. I’d had a rough day and stopped in for coffee and to read a bit before an appointment. He was very patient as I took some time to decide on a drink and prepared it correctly and very quickly once I finally made a decision. You never know when something as simple as a good customer service interaction will be enough to brighten someone’s day, so just wanted to thank Loic for a lovely customer service that made me smile.
