It was my first time walking in here at this location but it was so pleasant 😊 I was greeted so nicely and the cashier was so nice and the service was quick. And i had the most clean and neat caramel frappe I've ever gotten. A lot of places i go and just holding the cup was always so sticky.. BUT THIS WAS SO NICE ! I even complemented the person making drink she was wonderful

PLEASE HIRE MORE PPL! All the time there's always a delay because there are not enough ppl working to meet the high demand for ppl coming into the store or the drive-through. Or create a better efficiency of flow.

I stopped here to get a cup of water and use the restroom. I was told by a rude associate elsa I had to buy something to use the restroom. First time here and I will never return.

All the staff had great attitude and the barista thanks for the great service

Perhaps putting signage about your policy about using your cafe for internet usage wold be appropriate

Some of the staff in this establishment Is very unprofessional! The place is always dirty and they are not empathetic of people’s time. At your busiest time, how do you not have change in your register for 5 dollars? Literally took her 5 minutes to ring a black coffee. I told her I’m going to have to leave because I’m not going to have time and she looked at me with all of her patients and said “okay” and continued doing what she was doing with the same patients. I have worked in fast food restaurants and retail stores before and personally to me it does not matter what you’re doing. Do it right or just don’t do it. Y'all need energetic people in the mornings that make your customers feel welcomed. I would’ve waited had she shown some type of concern about the fact that she was about to have business walk out the door.

Ordered a dirty chai, specified chai w one shot. Didn't get a receipt and ended up getting a matcha with a shot of espresso. Most disgusting drink of my life. If you as a cashier are confused then maybe ask for clarification instead of giving someone the wrong drink
