Their coffee machine was not working but they made one hell of a cafe Americano

Went in at 3pm on a Saturday - out of cold brew and iced coffee. Cashier suggests an americano which I asked for iced… after a 10 minute wait I instead got a hot americano

This is not the first time, it is important for the team mostly the women to be professional. I ordered Macha latte with vanilla sirop. First they gave me Chai tea and I told the lady nope I ordered macha latte she said okay made the macha latte with no vanilla sirop this time.
That is not Starbucks we are used to

Very poor performance and professionalism don’t care for customer sorry

please give the staff more help, this is a very busy location. To have one person making the drinks at 7pm on a saturday honestly is cruel to the employee. The wait times are long which leads to unhappy customers & even more stressed staff from the dozens of orders one person had to make. for such a clearly profitable location they should be able to have more staff. Over 30 minutes for a drink is no fault of the person behind the counter but to management for scheduling 2 people & only having one on drink duty

The filthiest bathroom I have seen and I just traveled back from NYC. My kid said it smells like the subway. Looked and smell liked it hadn't been cleaned in days if not weeks. Do better, management.

The weekday morning crew are fairly quick and kind if you get there early. After 9am, it will be a long wait. The afternoon crew and especially the weekend crew — Steer clear. The place is dirty with trash everywhere and bathrooms out of toilet paper. They often only have two staff working, and even if you put a mobile order through, you still will wait up to 35 minutes for a drink. I often have to go ask about it at the register even though no staff are there because it’s so egregiously slow.

This Starbucks has a great atmosphere and amazing service! I’d love to unwind here every evening if they could extend their hours to 10 PM

Standard Starbucks but I’m going to start finding another place. They make you wait on a mobile order until they are ready to serve you. Uses to just be able to go up and grab my order.

Met a high school senior who’s applying to my college for an alumni interview: the staff were exceptionally friendly, which set a great atmosphere for the interview. When full, this place gets a bit loud, but most of the time it was only about 1/2-full. We had privacy and were left alone to talk for nearly three hours.
