Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Reeks of urine all over the floor, there’s feces all over the toilet, and vandalism all over the hand dryer. Been in gas stations cleaner than that.

Horrible experience on 10/20. Has to be the worst Starbucks experience ever. Very slow and incompetent staff. The line was out of the door with so many backed up orders. Never will patronize again. My drink was awful too.

I came Today Friday 10/18 at 8:55pm to order come drinks and the cashier edal I think that’s her name she was VERY upset I came in 5 minute before closing and was giving the nastiest attitude I was not done ordering when she left me there and when I told her I needed to order one more drink she came back and rolled her eyes . After ordering the last drink she said “ ARE YOU DONE “ I always come to thins location but will NEVER come back please talk to your employees and don’t give them night shifts if they don’t like to see customers come in your store 5 minutes before you close smh

The staff here is so professional and kind! The orders are made consistent and correct. The store is clean and lovely.
BUT. They are soooo slow. Be careful if this is your am stop on your way to work - you will lose time here because there is absolutely no sense of urgency.

I can't wait for them to close down!!!! Everytime I patronize this location I always regret it! They took almost 40 minutes to make a simple frappuccino. Mind you it's not a rush hour or anything! A hot stinking mess of a store!!!

honestly, this place is always packed whenever i go and i understand sometimes it can be busy but everytime i go, my order takes literally around 30 minutes and can go up to an hour. never order in person and always order online by around 30 minutes because they take their sweet time. so if ur impatient i dont recommend this place because so much time is wasted just for a drink that can be made in 3 minutes. either the employees work slow or its always packed but from what ive seen so far the employees definitely take their sweet time. so much time is wasted out of peoples days just for waiting. if you do go here place an online order 30 minutes before u arrive i will guarantee you your order will be made fresh as new and not sitting there because if not you will be waiting there for over 30 minutes for ur drink.

Very slow mobile ordered placed online when I arrived it was not ready. 5 associate behind the counter no sense of urgency, didn’t greet you when you came in, and did not thank me when I walked out. They only pleasant thing was the gentleman who doesn’t even work there who opens the door for you as your coming in and going out.

This day, Monday, May 20, 2:00 pm, I visited the store, I ordered my drink through the application, I waited 16 minutes and asked for my drink. The black woman, with her trashy manner, didn't know what to say to me. The manager was trash, just like she did. Indifferent, you can check the camera, that's why I set the time and date, the tardiness doesn't affect me, your way of being bothers me, if your job doesn't suit you, you can look for another one. ??
