Friendly service with nice music. I’ve been frequenting this place for the past several weeks. I take out and ride the bus, so the food isn’t as fresh because I wait out in the cold, but it’s still pretty solid.

Warning if you come here carful cause my mom used to work here. Here’s what she says to the people who are going to this place the manager screams at his workers and if a worker accidentally puts double meat and they don’t want it the manager will get mad and the manager is rude to the customers and you can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something or you can’t sit down again unless you don’t buy something

I ordered delivery this evening-4 subs. Every single one of them was made incorrectly. When I called to let them know (didn't want it remade, just wanted them to know) the man who answered the phone argued with me telling me that they were made according to what I ordered. I ordered through the app! I have a record of what I ordered! I think I can tell if a cheesesteak has no cheese on it! If you plan on ordering from this location, check your food before you leave. I'm guessing it will need to be remade.

The service in this store is ridiculous. I came in on a Monday afternoon along with my co-worker and ordered food. Before we paid, I asked to use the restroom. The gentlemen told me "For paying customers only". If I'm in accompany with my coworker, does that not make me a paying customer?? The lady employee whispered something to him in Spanish and refused me of using the restroom. I believe it was unfair and another lady customer came In and while we were in line, got to use the restroom. Ooh I get it, u have to be of THEIR DESCENT BUT IM SPENDING MY MONEY AND SHE DIDNT EVEN ORDER FOOD YET. SMH SAD BUSINESS THE WAY PPL ARE TREATED SPENDING OUR MONEY.

The lady at the establishment serving people was making my sandwich and added double meat. When I told her that I don't want double meat, she pulls the tray that she threw in the trash out and places the extra meat that she removed from my sandwich back on the tray. Then, she places the dirty tray with the meat back where the rest of the meat was. This was the sweet onion teriyaki chicken.
Mobile ordered two footlong using the BOGO50 promotion. The shop locates on the ground floor of building on Wayne Avenue off the corner to Georgia Avenue. After 15 minutes, walked in for our pickups. There was just one line, so had to wait for one person at the checkout and another one to place order. Finally, got to speak to the cashier to pick up our subs from the shelf behind. The Footlong Steak & Cheese was warm and well done. The Footlong Rotisserie-Style Chicken had all ingredients ordered and as normal as usual.
