Most terrible staff. I ordered via the app and the staff refused to acknowledge the order. I had to contact customer care to get the issue resolved. I showed the order confirmation but he was so rude. Please give your business to some deserving place.

I made an online order for me and my 3 daughters… he got all 3 orders wrong and all 3 of my subs were swimming in mayo and mustard. Never doing an online order again. Very inconvenient

My son and I got subs from here we are both experiencing food poisoning symptoms. Can not keep anything down including water. Will never eat here again.

The hispanic lady that works the evenings here is always closing the store early. Essentially locking the door, ignoring me completely, and looking straight at me like I'm crazy. Straight rude af like come one, I GET IT ITS LATE! but your supposed to OPEN as stated on Google. If ya wanna go home early, tell your boss to close the store sooner so I wouldn't even be attempting to get food between 9-10. I'm a manager myself and that should not be the attitude towards the end of the day. Just trash.
Today , I ordered two subs : one UltimateBMT footlong and a 12 - inch ChickenBacon Ranch footlong. I drove away without checking the bag , which is my fault . Once I arrived home , it was very obvious that one sub was much smallerthan the other. The Chicken Bacon Ranchwas approximately 4 inches smaller than the other sub. I drove back to this Subwayon Clover Street . I spoke to a young lady about my sub , asking if I could get it remade correctly . There was a lot of back and forth regarding why the portion wascorrect. Eventually , I'm guessing the manager or location owner walked in and simply told the lady to make the new sandwich. The lady was quite rude ; she and the presumed manager kept mumbling to each other , which I could clearly hear.
I will definitely not be making a return , and they have lost a valuable customer. I hope they can provide proper training for the staff at this location and teach them essential customer service skills. At the end of the day , the customer is always right.

Ordered two foot long sandwiches on the app. Arrived after 15 minutes. The row house of shops were on the second floor on top of the parking garage. There was only one staff working and serving a patron when we walked in. After checking out that patron, the only staff had to make sandwiches for another patron waited in line. Then, the staff processed two mobile orders, in which the second one was ours. By the time we received two sandwiches, it passed ten minutes after we walked in. The Footlong Steak & Cheese and the Footlong #16 All-Pro Sweet Onion Teriyaki were made as expected. We wanted to have late lunch in the store, but it was too hot indoors…

Poor customer support. This subway failed to update their menu on Doordash, so we ordered items that couldn't be madeThe subway refused to send the remaining food unless we approved a substitute for the sandwich they couldn't make.An alternative wasn't acceptable and we just asked them to remove the one item and send the rest of the order, however they were adamant to not send the order with the driverThe subway only agreed to fix the issue after we called Doordash customer support to report the issue

There is a female team member, who I have witnessed multiple times treat customers with attitude and rudeness. My father in law had asked for extra marinara sauce in his sub, she gave him a look that wasn't very nice and did not put extra but charged for it. She also gave the people behind us the same treatment, I still said thank you and told her to have a nice night, I didn't bother mentioning the extra charge. I understand that people can have an off day, or may be anti-social, they aren't required to be super nice, but this was too much, why treat people rudely if they're being kind and patient? The two other employees I see other days are kind, even if they have a line of customers. Those two employees are the only reason I still go to this location. Plus the next subway is a ways away. I've been to plenty of fast food restaurants and I've never seen any employee treat people this way.

There is a Salvadoran employee, who serves in a very bad way and as a customer that keeps you from going or ordering food there, they should put a stop to this woman who is rude, otherwise the place will go down further every day than it already does.
