The food is always good and the staff generally kind. But the service is always slow.
Parking: Easy to park. Easy to select what you want on your sub
This location is constantly out of supplies and Ingredients. No salad bowls, out of steak, meatball, common things that this chain has. Whoever is managing this location needs to step up their attention to store supplies. Each customer that came in had to order alternate things. Terrible.
The ladies working there are kind. The subs taste good. Honestly, it is a cheap sub place not fine dining. Props to the workers I’ve worked fast food jobs in college. People can be so rude, demanding, and picky. I am confuse as to why people stayed and ate the food if it was so bad. Also, the English speaking and ethnic comments show your character, also the constant one star reviews on your account do too… For the incompetent comments, why don’t you be smart enough to save and make your own food or hear me out go somewhere else. I’m lucky and get free lunches cause of my career and don’t care how the people are just grateful they are there.

Worst customer service ever!!! This location deserves 0 stars! Do you actually interview the people you hire? Or just take anyone and give them an apron. This employee is rude, unprofessional and has a bad attitude. Don't expect any customer service skills from her because you have to start with home training first! This employee does a disservice to the company. Management before you lose more customers rehire!!!!!
The Ethiopian manager is beyond rude, I use to come to this location a-lot but after today I would never dine in or order takeout again. She screamed and yelled after I asked her to use the restroom after I purchased food. She lied and said the restroom was out of service however multiple employees were going in and out. This establishment needs new management asap.
The two , I think Ethiopean, ladies , made awesomesome sandwiches (couldn't speak much English but that's OK) . Recently one woman replaced with a Spanish speaking lady who skimps on the sandwich contents.. she needs to learn from the Ethiopean how to do it right.
Smelled like rotting food
This place smells like a dirty fish tank.Half the food options weren’t available.The other subway by the dtss metro is way better.

8040 13th St, Silver Spring MDThese miserable establishments made me think twice about ever going again to any Subway. I arrived from Italy on August 28, 2020. I have booked on the Travelodge/Days Inn hotel previously. With the excuse of supposed contamination, the management of the hotel, decided to kick me out of there upon arrival. I went to a nearby hotel, and for lunch decided to go to Subway just 2 blocks from the new hotel.Minutes after I arrived to Subway, the same hotel manager who1 hour before kicked me out of the hotel, arrived. He said something in his native Ethiopian language to the lady preparing the sandwiches, and suddenly she turned out extremely rude. She made the sandwich in a rush with almost the ingredients she liked (as she did not apparently understand much English either) and rushed me out to pay. I asked for the keys for the restroom, and was denied access with the absurd excuse that it was not in service when minutes earlier I saw someone receiving the keys to go to the restroom. Subway need to run a big purge of rude people in their franchises. I will no longer go to any.
This is surely one of the tastiest place to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever I come to this place I am absolutely happy. They always keep their high standard service and the topmost level of food they provide. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Highly recommended.
Fantastic sub makers.. however recent customer service (sept 2020) has significantly declined in terms of abrutness and even hanging up on me in middle of sentence trying to confirm if an on-line order was received and IF not if I could come into the store and complete the 3 for 2 pricing there.
