I ordered a small wrap. I asked if it was a small. Employee said “yes, small”. Then she made a small wrap and charged me $14.95 for a large sub. I told her I didn’t order a large, she confirmed that it was a small and no sign stated the price for a wrap. The cashier and manager wouldn’t change the price. I asked for a refund and the refused to refund me for the chips and drink. Extremely poor way to handle the matter.

This Subway restaurant (Subway at The Plaza) closes earlier than the time posted on the restaurants door and this subways location (Leisure World Plaza) website. They are suppose to close at 10pm Monday through Saturday but close at 9pm instead. This is misleading as I have traveled to this location from a few miles away only to be greeted by a locked door and a sign that says closed. I arrived after 9pm but 30 minutes before 10pm yet this location is already closed! Please adhere to the time you agreed upon to keep your establishment open for your customers which is 10pm. You are a service to Leisure World Residents (the elderly 55 plus), their families, and caregivers. We all depend on you for dinner sometimes. Stand by your elderly community, commitment, and your closing time!! If you advocate and advertise to close at 10pm then please do so!!!

This store was very clean. I brought my 99 year old Mom for lunch. 2 prep people, one spoke 0 English yelled at customers and both were rude and yelling across spaces. Prepared our Monsters without the ingredients we specified. Terrible lunch . 3 people walked out and stated never to return.

Absolutely terrible if you know the oven isn’t working properly close until it’s fixed I couldn’t order a pizza because the oven was messed up so I ordered a sub and it came out the oven cold why knowingly give the customers a product that’s not up to par
